nobody knows what happened in her past that dr drew always alludes to, but yeah, she is very much in need of help. presumably she has some mental health stuff going on that doesn't allow her to see herself as having flaws, only others. that's the only thing i can think of. she's a hard person to like, for sure, but i hope she gets help.

to be fair, she's had "reality tv therapy" which seems very much about the cameras and making a story and very little about actually helping a person with mental illness.

All she really needs to do is find that one person that shares her beliefs, morals and ethics as well as radiates her overwhelming positivity. I think Farrah wants positivity, but lets all her anger get the best of her. She probably wants to be in a better emotional state but is a ticking bomb with her trauma from losing Derek. It's not an excuse for how she treats people. I think if she grows up, takes responsibility for her behaviors and acknowledges her flaws, she could reach that positive lifestyle she wants. Its my opinion though. I hope she can get help for herself and Sophia.
