smith machine can be iffy for the shoulders because it locks you into a certain position. either try incline barbell bench or dumbbells where you can have your elbows tucked a little more, taking the extra strain off your front delts :) for me on incline bench, imagining bending the bar, engages your lats, puts the bar into a better bar path and takes strain off your shoulders as well :D - Also sick bike man. I am waiting for the dealer here in AUS to get one in stock so i can go test ride it!
I need to get my lazy butt to the gym, aka my garage lmao. I got a full set up but don’t use it as often as I should. I love shoulders!! The gym does make you feel some type of way

my country has so much traffic I would never even get to use cruise control lol, you have to brake hard/stop completely every 2-3 minutes lol
