Thanks so much Nandita. I tried your shrugs with a few of my dupattas immediately and they look so chic! I might put a couple of hand stitches instead of tying so that it doesnt become bulky at the back with thicker fabric. Safety pins work too but they will surely tear delicate georgette and chiffon materials. Thanks again for a stylish (AND SUPER EASY) way to convert a boring old dupatta!
