      I hope you like it. Very earthy and “healthy” tasting. Pairs really well with Maple Syrup. Thanks again for the suggestion.

    🌟 another great recipe I’ll have to try. I have checked the grocery store and still have not found tapioca starch.

      I guess it depends where you live. Here in South Florida we can find it in a regular grocery store. It’s often use in Caribbean and Latin cuisine. Did you look for tapioca flour or yucca starch or flour? It’s all the same. May be at a specialty store. I’m wondering if potato starch would work if that’s easier for you to find.

      I’m so glad you made it, liked and shared your feedback. Thank you! This is an All-Clad (PFOA-free) nonstick skillet. It’s square and has a low edge. I think any non-stick material will do I just like that I can fit 4 small packages at once 😉

      That is a great question. I don’t have a waffle maker so I wouldn’t know for sure but I don’t see why not. If you end up making do you mind leaving a comment so I know?
