    Important to notice that he's able to hit so many exercises because... well he's enhanced. This would be an overkill for a natural, so pick 3-4 exercises that you like and go hard!

      More so because he’s so advanced that the nuances of so many exercises may be beneficial to him. Chris is huge! The smallest developments may make a noticeable difference in his physique, especially while on stage at such low body fat percentages.
      But you make an excellent point! Most folks don’t need to do so much.

      I do 6-7 exercise during backday 😂😂 4 at the morning then 3 at night time ..

      @@ashleykettle343 Absolutely! an enhanced individual has the luxury of being more concerned about volume than quality of workout as their body’s ability to recover increased significantly. As long as everyone is working hard in their craft and always trying to better themselves, it will always gain respect and Chris certainly has mine 👏🏿

    FST-7 I think is Hany Rambod and hes definitely made many champs.
