I always run out of breath while praying and then i either gotta stop for 1-3 seconds to take a deeeep breath or i have to breath trough my mouth as i keep receiting😭+ asthma so if i forget to breath i get light headed and my ears get clogged

Don't breath into your chest but into your stomach, do some breathing to the diaphragm exercises (can be found on RUclips), try to recite more than your breathing range and just practice more and more it will get better. I hope that helps.
