I first heard this song when it was published on the front page of churchofjesuschrist.org about 5 months ago. That was also the same month when i was sent home early from my mission in Panamá because of COVID-19. Because i was one of the leaders working in the main office i was one of the last to go home. During those couple weeks before i left, i sent home many other missionaries and watched as my friends i had worked with for nearly a year and a half were leaving. I was sad because of all of the sudden change, but then i heard this remake of a great hymn. I loved it and it helped me feel peace and calm when everything was in chaos. I listened to it almost every day for a couple weeks until i boarded my plane home. Just want to say thank you Madilyn Paige for using your talents to help others feel God’s love. I hope remaking this song helped you as much as it did me. Keep up the great work!
