This great guys. When I decided to incorporate more water into my life I did two things that serves me well. First, I only drink water during the day at work. That way when I get home I can have one or two glasses of something else at dinner and not feel guilt. Second, I make sure I purchase bottled water from the grocery store to have in my home as a visual reminder. When I wake up every morning water is the first thing I drink. I keep a bottle at my bedside.

2-Treat
3-Moisturize
4-EVERYDAY!!! SPF 50 - 100 final step!!!
Treatment might be Retinol at night or under eye patches or exfoliation, the day might be for acne, spots, or other special needs.
An excellent channel for quality skin care advice is 'Doctorly' (2 US board certified dermatologists). These 2 guys are entertaining, test real world products, shorts & in depth videos. 3+ million subscribers.
Love the goal setting of Ins and Outs and not waiting until a New Year starts. The best habits start today! Imho!

Will, I think you should ‘out’ the moustache 😊 I have the UGGs too, mine are the tanned ones and ‘Yes’ they are outdoor slip ons although I’ll wear mine around the cottage as not practical to wear out when you live in Devon 😊 good luck with all your intentions x

Wills, how about taking Minnie for a 20 min walk each day (there’s your 20 min workout/walk and Minnie gets some outdoor time also) and for your meals, buying a cooked cornish hen. I think they’re round £10 or so !
