After Chyna left, I just couldn’t get into the women’s division which was new at the time. Beth Phoenix showed up and I instantly liked her. She really destroyed the women! Rhea is great. I’d like to see this match

Beth Phoenix deserved to win the Intercontinental championship and so does Rhea Ripley. It would be a dream match for the two of them to have a rivalry over the Intercontinental championship. Sadly that likely won't happen since Beth Phoenix may not currently be under contract to wwe anymore. Hopefully The Glamazon joins her husband Adam Copeland in AEW and/or wrestles in Ring of Honor.

Chyna didn't know a wristlock from a wristwatch and she was sloppy in the ring, Rhea makes Chyna look like the Great Khali in comparison. I loved the Attitude Era but a lot of it is remembered with rose coloured glasses, including Chyna's run and supposed influence on the business!

Man, if we had a time machine, I would love to see Rhea mix it up with Chyna. Chyna was so important to women's wrestling. Not only was she sexy as hell (and you can have your opinions, but you don't pose for playboy and not be attractive), but she also looked different from the women on the roster at the time. She stood out and was able to find success outside just being eye candy. Sometimes I wish Chyna was born just a few years later and didn't get involved with HHH like she did, and that whole thing with x-pac and stuff didn't happen. Imagine Chyna vs. Lita or Trish, all in their primes.
This may be a bold statement, and you're free to disagree, but I feel like Chyna walked, so women like Lita, Trish, AJ Lee, Bayley, and all these other women that made women's wrestling what it is today could run. Chyna was, in my opinion, the first glimpse for many of us what women's wrestling could be if people didn't just make it entirely about sex appeal.

I agree with you…I get the sentimental stuff with Chyna… I was a fan but Rhea is better in every way. If she stays healthy and stays the course she will be an all time great!..and for those who say well Chyna wrestled and beat men.. no she didn’t. Pro’s like Jericho and Kurt angle put their pride to the side and sold big time and put her over..Jericho hated it but did what’s was best for business. Chyna was a star and I’m not saying Rhea has surpassed her yet but she is well on her way if she stays healthy and the booking stays strong on her…how many females in the business today could they booked to face Chyna back then and make it look believable… not many… Charlotte definitely be one. Can you imagine them trying to put Becky or Sasha in the ring with Chyna and make it believable 😂
