I totally agree 100% with the idea of investing where you’re living longer.
These things of staying abroad in terrible life and only come to your Ugandan comfortable house for weeks or one month--no.
Am abroad & am doing exactly that; living comfortably abroad and investing here.
If i ever retire to Uganda, I’ll come & buy a house i want when retired🤸🏼

Very good point. Diasporans should concentrate on investing in treasury bonds in Uganda. Everything else should be for where you are living.

I congratulate her because regardless of how she obtained the property, you can see the wisdom and commitment to manage it. I also like her approach on why she is not investing in Uganda. But, elusive answers to key questions:
    1. What were the challenges in the beginning? Reply: Language and then elusion
    2. How did you make it ? Reply: total elusion but she hinted on having just started developing herself ( 8 years ago although she has lived in German for 22 years).
    3. In short, you are self employed. Reply: Not really and elusion.
I believe an educative and inspirational program like this, needs transparency and total honesty. Otherwise, people will harbour unrealistic expectations.

Everybody is given omukisa or opportunity by life, but the difference is the person attitude and behaviour when that opportunity comes. How do we use our opportunity?
Some of us misuse our mukisa because we have a bad attitude, bad thinking , bad advice, not believing in ourselves., self pity attitude, victim mentality etc. We kill our own opportunity or mukisa.
Believe in yourself., have a good attitude to everyone and everything you approach.🙏

Atleast she didn't sell them eventhough she inherited them, do you know that just having them and updating them is also a blessing and a hustle too. maintaince of a property in Europe is not easy. Apart from that, I know many African women who inherited properties sold them got young men and chopped all the money and now they are back mubibala penniless. So I commend her for being hardworking and down to earth

Blessing or opportunity or omukisa sometimes come in small packages, so we despise or kuyoma them, and loss them. Opportunity or omukisa,
sometimes comes as a problem in life, we have self pity attitude and loss them . Whatever bad happens to us we must look for the positive or silver lining.
Good comes with bad in this life.
Positive attitude leads to positive outcome. Attitude is everything, my people....peace.🙏
