Paglilinis ng pilapil at pangunguha ng azolla para sa tilapia

In this video, we pasture our ducks in a new area.
I clear the bunds of grass and weeds using a kumpay (sickle). Cleaning the the bunds allows us to easily inspect them for holes made by eels. We double the height of the bunds and we will surround the periphery of the pond with netting to prevent fish from escaping when the water level in the pond rises. The net will also prevent eels from boring holes in the bund, which allow water and fish to escape.
I take azolla from the rice fields and put it in our pond for the Tilapia to eat. They have gotten used to eating azolla, which disappears quickly once it is put in the pond.
