Buy an exhaust for 5k or 20k, they are all hollow metal with different 'stuffings'. If you want to really go for aftermarket exhausts that work well with the RE twins, import the S&S, they're engineered for the bike and have gone through testing. They're heavy on pocket but, your bike deserves good exhausts. However, Gursewak, AEW, ATOM Barrel, etc. etc. wouldn't cause much issue with mileage or performance, just a km difference here and there. Most of it depends on your riding style and the environment you're riding in (Roads, temperature, humidity, etc)

Bhai, handling kesi hai bike ki traffic mei? As Royal Enfield is known for it's heavy weight too.
Easy to maneuver if it's an Interceptor - because of the upright seating position. Weight is fairly manageable if you adjust the suspension setting to your own needs. If you ride on highways more than city roads, go for the Continental because - aggressive seating gives you more confidence and stability at higher speeds because of weight shifting to the front of the bike for better high speed maneuvering
Let him remove fiber cover from both mudguard and fix centre stand and alloy wheels with tubeless tires

It's not mandatory to change the airfilter. Go for BMC or DNA
