Sew a dress by using a top as a pattern!

I'm taking one of my turtleneck tops and using it as a pattern for a body contour dress. Follow along as I make my way through the process. This was quick and easy to make using stretch knit fabric, elastic and thread.
Ironically, I found a pattern after I planned on making this from one of my tops.

*NOTE - I used both my serger and regular sewing machine to construct this. If you don't have a serger, you can always use the stretch stitch or zig zag stitch on your sewing machine.
