Hi Wendy, great video. I will try your message. I bought your book some time ago. On IG I see that you workout regularly. So can I ask you about your skincare routine after a good sweat? I exercise quite regularly and I sweat a lot from my face too. I use glycol based toner but I noticed I can't use it every time I workout because my skin get very sensitive. Thank you from Italy
