Loved the work culture here , everyone was so much focused on work , no one was talking , and the best thing was 90% employee was in a comfortable dresscode .who would not like to work there , well i will definitely love to work there even under low salary.
The thing that I find most interesting in this video is the optimization that is the hallmark of German manufacturing. Not only is the machinery state of the art but the assembly procedures are different than the standard old fashioned assembly line pioneered by Henry Ford and have been optimized for maximum production efficiency and throughput. This only makes sense because you cant' have economy without efficiency.
You probably dont give a damn but does someone know a trick to get back into an instagram account? I stupidly lost the account password. I appreciate any tricks you can give me!
@Harlem Erik Thanks so much for your reply. I found the site thru google and im trying it out atm. Seems to take a while so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
For those who complain about the title "German gear box manufacturing process"... It does not mean that it's manufactured in Germany, German Gear Box are manufactured everywhere in the world! And YES, even Branded American cars like General Motors have automatic german gear box in it!
That can not be German factory. In German factories workers having a uniform, special protection glasses, they following strictly labor rules and they are a lot of clean, this looks like USA.
Les éléments des "productions Allemandes" sont sous traités en Chine , l'atelier de la video est un atelier Américains. The elements of "German productions" are undertreated in China, the workshop of the video is an American workshop.
+Steve Friedl I think so too. The workers seem to be American. But the interior of the factory is clearly organized and divided like a ZF factory in Germany. So it's probably an ZF factory in America.
I was going to say this has to be America, probably in the South, too many white workers only saw four African American workers, one of them was the cleaner and one Latino, everyone is heavy or overweight, except The African Americans. You can see all the MAGA hats at the front door. Sorry folks I call it as I see it. Great Gearboxes!
There is technique of reputation and be serious I see don't have art and renovation but I'm sure we will in first place in the world by this technique think you
Sheriden Boord if it's been built right, your mechanic shouldn't have to work on it in the next 10 years. Besides, second rate mechanics aren't a valid reason for limiting engineering
This is not German technology. 100% American workers at 1 of the 4 kokomo Indiana transmission plants. First sign is the UAW Local 685 shirts they are wearing. That union and the first transmision plant has been local to kokomo since the 1960's.
Is German technology, built in USA. But Trump`s ALU Tax you will get finished gear from Germany in future and you will lose jobs. Is really funny :-) America First...
So much automation, and robotics now-a-days. Wonder how many jobs have been lost to it. Also, all the employees look like they came from the beach. No company loyalty?
Nice vid, thanks TS. Interesting, but for the assemblers, let's face it , a pretty boring day doing the same thing over & over & over & over & over & over & over & over & over & over again all day, pretty effing boring. But someone's got to do it.
Mina Botrous that's right German Gearboxwould ne moin with much more Akcurati because that it is what German mechanics and craft men can do the very best Extreme Perfektion
Mina Botrous RIGHT you are ,,,,, But Nearly All if NOT All Automatic TRANSMISSIONS for American Cars Are Made by GERMAN Company called ZF or Zahnrad Fabrik Friedrichshafen,,, Even in ABRAMS TANKS there are Auto TRANSMISSIONS ZF ALISON ,,, ZF is the Leader for many ,,many,,Years,,,,in Automatic TRANSMISSIONS,,, THE HIN INTERNATIONAL ART GROUP

Steve Farkas it is checking the right position off the flywheel because the flywheel is a heavy part with the lot locations per minute so it has to be mounted really perfect
Sheila just gave us a detailed account of what that tool was for, BV. But thank you for your input. I have every confidence someone will find it useful.
Certainly looks like American or Canadien United Auto Workers union employees assembling a transmission. Might be a German design but I’m almost certain the UAW doesn’t exist in Europe. Otherwise a good video depicting the sights and sounds of a modern industrial facility.
Doesn't say it is in Germany, it says "German Gearbox Manufacturing Process", which means they are manufacturing German gearboxes. BMW manufactures a significant number of their vehicles in the USA, as do other German auto makers. You can be in america, and use american workers, and still manufacture a German gearbox.
I thought everyone looked a bit too overweight to be German... while it may _technically_ be true that they’re assembling German gearboxen (tho I’m sure I saw some EV components at one point), the title is still misleading.
Those are some fat Germans??? LOL.. It is a USA assembly line. To bad the workers have to stand up all day long at their stations.!! With all the automation and robotics, the production engineers failed to minimize the assemblers motions and movement. I learned to do this better in the 1980s
Andrew B What I have to say to you Andrew not only America got overweight citizens they are also found in Germany not as much as in the US but we have also fat people does the Fairness I have to say and I think it doesn't matter because also fat people can make a good job murder never the less in the USA also in Germany
This ARE Fat AMERICANS ,,,AS YOU SAID,,,,, Full of Hamburgers,,Frenh Fries ,, Woking in a ZF Friedrichshafen Auto-Transmission Plant out of About 16 in the USA,,, You are RIGHT these are. USA Americans,,,, And Bye THE HIN INTERNATIONAL ART GROUP
Mr. GTO You should see the Chrysler Plant in Detroit. The workers look like they craw in and out of everywhere to put a car together. People are too wore out the next day to concentrate on putting a car together correctly.
Loved the work culture here , everyone was so much focused on work , no one was talking , and the best thing was 90% employee was in a comfortable dresscode .who would not like to work there , well i will definitely love to work there even under low salary.

The manufacturers in Germany have to pay for the working clothes. So it looks like a uniform. If not necessary nobody needs ti wear protectingglasses
thrakiamaria sure, this is Not Germany.
Very interesting vídeo. I would like work in that factory.
Nice work and video
So calm ambience.
YOU STOLE MY VIDEO .. PLEASE DELETE ... MY LOGOS DELETED
Very very good
The job of my nightmares !
Good people... Women work to engine..

Teory machinery is good furnace no. 1. Indonesia speaking
Germany technologi no one in do word👍
This appears to be the ZF plant in Gray Court, South Carolina
Steve Friedl - Nope. It is a different plant.
At 13:13 there's a forklift driver moving around some blue racking, and it's hard to read but I believe it says "Property of ZFTG Grey Court, NC".
+Steve Friedl

The freedom of a production line😂😂

And it's in America
Hebat walaupun tanpa baju seragam... good
Good to hear the sounds of the factory instead of lame music.
Sonic Compost водку пить надо, тогда и не проигрывал бы 🤪😂
Thank you
If you were expecting to see some up-close details, you'll be disappointed.
That has never been recorded in Germany. In a German car factory, a higher operating speed is required. These people are too chubby
太厉害了
I like it so much
Sorry but there is no Trojans basketball team in Germany! LOL
I‘m very sure this is not in Germany. Looks more than the US.
who are the folks who put all that factory together
That's all good and well, until a couple of years down the track, how is yer local mechanic gonna work on that?
Sheriden Boord if it's been built right, your mechanic shouldn't have to work on it in the next 10 years. Besides, second rate mechanics aren't a valid reason for limiting engineering
Máquinas fazendo brunimentos em peças
Looking forward to seeing the manufacturing process, this is 100% assembly not manufacturing.
Dubsy Dubs agreed.... When does the actual building of the materials start???
Amazing.oh my god
Great awesome
if i had to this all day id top myself
This is not German technology. 100% American workers at 1 of the 4 kokomo Indiana transmission plants. First sign is the UAW Local 685 shirts they are wearing. That union and the first transmision plant has been local to kokomo since the 1960's.
Didn't know German's had such strong American accents.
Is German technology, built in USA. But Trump`s ALU Tax you will get finished gear from Germany in future and you will lose jobs.
Is really funny :-)
America First...
Maybe they are German-Americans lol.
Rob Fowler lamo,absolutely right😀😀
They have a factory plant in Alabama were they make the. C300 GLE 350
GLS 450 😬😬😬😬😬😬😬
Hollywood is dat yo?
Next! Magnet gears and bearings. This locks old fasion.
11 41 , I could watch that model all day . a little muffin top , still a beauty .
@2:00, electric motors? Are these hybrids? BMW i3 maybe?
Good I like that transport vehicle not drive on diesel it drive on CNG
very good
*If they shoot a video in an Indian Factory, everybody would be staring @ the camera😁*
There would be taxis and trains driving inside the factory. People shouting and honkin for no reason. People getting randomly electrocuted etc.
@@formatique_arschloch You forgot the most important thing. They will sing and dance.
It would be interesting how long it takes for those assemblers to become independent without any supervision? There has to be a learning curve for it.
That is not Germany ! Watch ZF Getriebe Friedrichshafen / Germany
So much automation, and robotics now-a-days. Wonder how many jobs have been lost to it. Also, all the employees look like they came from the beach. No company loyalty?
make AMERICA great again !
Assembly is not Manufacturing. And the "German gearbox" assembled by the Americans is not a German gearbox. Something like that.
Hundred-percent!
Nice vid, thanks TS. Interesting, but for the assemblers, let's face it , a pretty boring day doing the same thing over & over & over & over & over & over & over & over & over & over again all day, pretty effing boring. But someone's got to do it.
What we need to study for these kind of jobs , Bec even a uneducated mechanic does this job
Why do all Germany car transmissions leak oil ?
Because they are assembled in your country.
I want to work behind the babe at 11:41 ...and take back seat lunch breaks with her...
Andrew B toio small airbagsboobs
Mr. GTO haha,that's mines
Mr. GTO? Why? I don't see you having any GTO videos.
Mr. GTO id say 9:45 is a little more tighter lol
11:35 And there she goes..
рабочие не надрываются.
woh supper talents
Germany? xD Are you crazy...
That's not in germany. In most german car or carparts factorys it's forbidden to film or take photos.
These are American transmissions for GM not for German car.
Mina Botrous that's right German Gearboxwould ne moin with much more Akcurati because that it is what German mechanics and craft men can do the very best Extreme Perfektion
all signs are in english.
And why does GM use Siemens technology ? I think this is BMW.
Mina Botrous
RIGHT you are ,,,,,
But Nearly All

Yes I'm interested
We are the robots....
Yeah, that tune is also German. The early evolution of electronic music!
ruclips.net/video/5DBc5NpyEoo/видео.html
@1:42
Eventually, all these people can be, in the near future, replaced by the robots. It requires just more financing and a political will.
Work shall set you free...
My greating to German engineers
Shame it's going to need a new valve body in 2 years. $2k, thanks.
What is the tool doing at 10:55?
Fix the Clutch or Torque Converter
Cargofan it took long and didn’t see anything moving, I thought it was measuring
Sheila, thank you for your quick and very good explanation of the process.
Steve Farkas it is checking the right position off the flywheel because the flywheel is a heavy part with the lot locations per minute so it has to be mounted really perfect
Sheila just gave us a detailed account of what that tool was for, BV. But thank you for your input. I have every confidence someone will find it useful.
its looks like a mercedes car gearbox head of department...!
Tiptop transmission plant, Getrag old factory, FCA
No wonder why cars are so expensive? $35.00 an hour to turn a couple of screws?
Surely that is ZF factory.
So complex
What for?
Stella car not rocket etc
The simple the better
American looks better in this term
The competitian from usa..the best usa system engine manifacruring..
American transmissions are garbage!! Just give you 100000 miles and break down, Germans and Japan’s 350000 and still running.

Fords that are manufactured in Mexico are still American cars, not Mexican cars. This is how the entire global auto industry works now.
David Müller true these transmissions don't break.
