I've been having conversations with my wife and siblings lately. I miss so much of the goodness of God that I experienced in my younger years up through my early/mid 20s. I slowly watched things grow jaded through a graced, gifted, but increasingly unhealthy leadership. I miss the purity and direct connection to God in my passionate, albeit naive, years. We're now in a new town searching to find that same powerful existence with an honest, trustworthy pastor that I can hold in high enough regard to shepherd my family.
