1st step : transfer the malai into a big bowl
2nd step : add a bit of water 1 glass
3rd step: start beating it with electric beater
4th step :beat upto the butter forms
5th step: and then add a bit of ice water to butter and beat it for 5 minutes
6th step : take a another bowl put some ice water
7th step : take the butter put in ice water then take the butter out and put in a box and keep in freezer

Hi sister..😊I'll try to help you... Recently I made butter from malai.. collect the malai from milk for max of 30days ,store it in freezer..
Make sure that, add curd on before night..and prepare at early morning or late evening , this could help to settle the butter soon..
With help of cold water and ice cubes.. grind the malai using mixer jar (hope so avoid electric better)..
The solid yellowish substance is our BUTTER..
Wash it in cold water for couple of time, to make it harder..
Store it in refrigerator..

For atta dose add 2 table spoon of rice flour orther wise add normal dosa batter 5 spoon to get perfect crispy batter should be little watery

After taking Malai from curd you have to put ice cube and little number of water and you can use the mixi for an 15 minutes then you will get butter from it

For making butter first add chilled Malai in mixi jar give one beat next you have to add very chilled water then switch on mixi at one point your butter float it texture is like silk if you touch means it give nice texture
You can do butter with ghee,ice cubes,and salt
First beat some ghee in a bowl(if you take 3 tablespoons of ghee,you can get six tablespoons of butter)
Then add required ice cubes and beat till the cubes melt
Then add salt as per your wish.

முதல் பாலை நன்றாக காய்த்து கொள்ளவும் அதில் மேல் பால் ஏடு வரும் அதை ஒரு பாத்திரத்தில் சேமித்து வைக்கவும் அது நிரம்பிய பின் அதில் சிறிதளவு கெட்டியான தயிரை இரவு போடவும் காலை எழுந்து நன்றாக பீட்டரின் அல்லது விஸ்கில் நன்றாக கலந்து அது கெட்டியாக வர ஆரம்பிக்கும் அதில் தண்ணி எதுவும் ஊற்றக் கூடாது அது வந்தபின் அதை ஒரு கண்டெய்னரில் அல்லது கேடிரே வில் பாக்ஸ் செய்து கொள்ளவும் அதை பிரிட்ஜ் இல் வைத்து விடவும் ஒரு இரண்டு மணி நேரம் கழித்துப் பார்த்தால் அது கெட்டியான கடையில் வாங்குவது போல் சூப்பரான பட்டர் தயாராகிவிடும் அதை ஃப்ரிட்ஜில் வைக்காமல் நீங்கள் அடுப்பில் அடிகனமான பாத்திரத்தில் கேஸில் வைத்திருந்தால் அது நெய்யகிவிடும்

Akka I make homemade butter it super.i am tell recipe.first boil the cow milk and take yadal and daily collect the yadal keep in freezer after 15 days that can melt after take mixi put the yadal and full the ice water grind 30 sec and butter comes up and take butter this only the recipe and make ghee
To prepare butter use leakproof 1 litre pet bottle. The mouth of the bottle must be wide open ladle must go inside.malaai and water must be in room temperature.Add collected malaai 1/4 quantity and add another 1/4 quantity of water. Remaining space must be there in the bottle. Close the bottle and shake vigorously 10 to 15 mins. While shaking you can notice butter ball will form. Rest the bottle in the fridge for 30 mins or till the butter gets harder. Then again take it out wash it once and store it. This method won't fail for our South Indian climate.
You have tried mixergrinder method but it won't works for this South Indian weather. If you kept it in refrigerator over night you can again collect the malai from it and try my bottle method it still works.
Note: keep malaai in freezer while collecting else add some curd and keep it in fridge.use cow milk it results best.
