- The next generation of coffee roaster is here! We tag along a roasting day with Leo Koski who recently started Coco & Nibs coffee. Leo is only 14 years old and began roasting a few months ago at Multimodal. You can find him around the NY coffee community and he often runs popups in the city. I'm excited to see where Leo goes in the coffee industry in the coming years!
