This was a fun time for sure my Man! Always a blast hunting with you Dave even at 4:30 am haha. I hope we can do this again next year and every year until they officially stop doing in person Black Friday. Glad you guys found a few titles! I ended up getting most stuff the last couple of weeks at Best Buy so there wasn't a big need to go out this year. I'm hearing sales/deals are down this year which is a bummer

WALL-E is the only new title I've picked up this week and surprisingly it's my first ever Criterion title I've ever owned and not only that, but it's also the first Pixar movie to be collaborated with The Criterion Collection so I couldn't pass on that! Nice pick ups. I didn't bother going this Black Friday. Last year, none of the stores had any movies on sale. That was the first time that ever happened. My Wal-mart removed the aisle displays and the movies are now on a 6ft X 6ft shelf tucked in the back corner.

Another epic hunting trip. Your videos are always so highly entertaining. They start all these sales so early now everything that is in stores on Black Friday was already put on sale. It kind of ruins the thrill. My friends and I just stuck with the third party stores. We went a bit crazy at disc replay. I grabbed that Everything Everywhere All At Once Walmart exclusive slipcover for like $9.99 on sale a few weeks ago. I was happy I waited too.

I am watching this..... a year later. And the reason why is because I wanted to see if Best Buy and Walmart traffic was the same as this year... 2023. It is sad to see how similar it is - the Best Buy movies at checkout and the same pathway at Walmart. I know that you cannot use copyrighted music, but the theme to Chariots Of Fire would have been perfect when you started running. In predicting for next year... Walmart + ????? Thanks for the video!! I only bought like three movies because of the fact that weas not a great choice of them to begin with so I just bought the batman 4k, poltergeist 4k, juriasck park dominion, and the lost boys
havent bought a movie in a while BUT i went friday afternoon to best buy and got a couple things some werent on sale but i didnt mind since it was all new stuff for me, i was happy to see the unbearable weight of massive talent steelbook for like 14 dollars so i bought that since i heard it was a very fun watch and i havent seen it yet, also the army of darkness collectors and piranha collectors edition, and then i got the thor love and thunder steelbook to keep up with my marvel steelbooks, and lastly wolf of wall street 4k with the slip cover for my dad since he LOVES that movie lol.

No lines because the deals are seriously junk this year, no real difference between regular year round prices. Laptops with low memory are like $400 which is just not worth it. Blurays used to go for like $5 and dvds were like $2 about 5 to 10 years ago, but now the deals are extremely shallow. I miss the good ol' Black Fridays when there was real incentive to stay on line all night.
And get ready to fight for a TV?
