    Do you brush seam sealer into the joint where the door rubber goes.

      yes, every single joint i can get to gets seam sealed, even if its covered with paint or rubber seals later

    Should be using PPE equipment & what to use to clean brushes and how it can be diluted if required

      Use old or cheap brushes and throw them away.

      Yeah you dont want to use a brush that you want to keep for this type of job
