Demigod ranked players aren't really that much better than pathfinder players. It's strictly playtime and loot score.
Also teaming is mainly only applied by people who raid OCE servers since they have such low population, you're bound to be stuck in a game by a gang of 7+ people who group up in the crypts. It's not really applied to the goblin caves it seems
