    Why do you assume that he is guilty? When the appeal court ruled that he did not received a fair trial. Even before his trials the media were asking ''can he receive a fair trial?'' No, also after the amount of negative one-sided publicity it was not possible for him to get a fair trial.
    He was convicted even though there was no evidence against him to justify this (of course appeals are mostly argued on basis of 'procedure error', not on basis of previous evidence - this is how appeal courts want to work...)
