In Hawaii they make rice rolls with Spam! I like leftover BBQ beef sliced thin with green onion/chives and advocado and wasabi. Gotta try the lettuce with the canned tuna. . . needs wasabi tho. Wasabi is wonderful with mayo. Gotta try more kinds of rice rolls and balls.

This is an old video but I found a couple of bento boxs my mother bought for my sister when she was a big Japanese anime fan in like 7th grade. Anyway I am looking forward to making a bento sadly I can't go anywhere that great because covid and San Antonio doesn't have great places to sit watch, and eat of a nice view, but I'll still made the bento and probably take it to my room
I miss prepping a nice cute lunch! Now that I work from home I don't pack a bento anymore lol. But I've been using my little black cat bento as tupperware/food storage and it's still so cute and fun to use! This looks like a great recipe for a quarantine picnic though :)

Im not very sure but i think you should avoid keeping it in room temp since tuna can get bacteria if you have a bento box its not enough keep it somewhere cool like a icebox if your going out! If you accidentally left it out for less then 4 hours it should be fine as long as you didnt leave it lets say in a hot car for an hour (this is bad dont eat any fish related foods in these situations) hope this helps!

By "Asian bread" she probably means milk bread (pane al latte) which is sweeter and softer than normal toast
That milk bread you used for the fruit sando is also just really easy to make at home. Highly recommend. It's very fluffy and delicious bread

If you don't have rice vinegar you could also use lemon juice!
It looks delicious and I am gonna try the fruit sando but it’s hard to find milk bread so I’ll do plan white.
I couldn't fine milk bread as well so I use St Pierre sliced brioche loaf or Texas toast. The bread I normally used to make French toast.

Oops! Sorry it’s 1/4 cup cream and 2 tsps - 1 tbsp sugar depending on whether u like it sweet or not. I do 2 tsps ☺️ this should make 2 sandwiches.
