Straßenverkehr original wie in Bulgarien😂 kann ich wirklich nur bestätigen! Man muss so aufpassen, manchmal habe ich den Eindruck dass den Menschen ihr Leben nichts wert ist

Die Preise in Bar liegen mittlerweile auch zwischen 55 bis 130 Euro der Quadratmeter bei Meerblick (direkt am Meer liegen wir schon bei 200 Euro u. mehr).

Alle meine Daten beziehen sich auf den Zeitraum ab Sommer 2022. Da ändert sich manchmal einiges da hast Du recht.

Ich habe eben mal im Bereich Kotor nach Grundstücken geschaut. Seit 2020 versechsfachung (6!) der Angebotspreise. Bei der von mir verwendeten Immobiliensuchmaschine sieht man auch ältere Angebote, daher konnte ich den Vergleich ziehen.
Es riecht für mich stark nach Blase momentan.
@@nilsaussachsen4030 Ich kann leider noch nicht so schnell, aber ich fahre jedenfalls heuer noch runter um Häuser zu besichtigen. Vielleicht trifft man sich mal👍
Mann kann für Winter sich was einfallen lassen und daraus ein Geschäft aufbauen
Ikea braucht kein Mensch ihr könnt in Serbien oder Italien Richtig schöne und gute Möbel bestehlen und Ikea kommt da nicht ran!!!
