If you think about it, it does make sense for a Samoyed to be overheat super easily. A human's body temperature is quite high and I'm sure it'll not add up well for the pup's own body temperature plus their coat.

Also, something I found interesting in the FNAF movie novelization is that Bonnie is described as looking a lot like Withered Bonnie in FNAF 2. I know things are different in the book from the movie, but I think it would be cool if the original animatronics became withered through battle damage with the Toy animatronics.

A Samoyed will love you, and once they know you love them, they'll want affection from ANYBODY else, they are kind of desperate for affirmation. I entirely loved my dogs, and I'm not jealous at all. When I brought my dogs out which I did frequently, they would search out attention from anybody but me. I was fine with that, I wanted them to be happy. Are you fine with this? They are absolutely not loyal at all. They will get bored with you. They are a LOT OF WORK to own. You will have a desperately cute adorable dog, the closest thing to a living teddy bear, however, you better not have any jealously issues at all. People resent how much work it is to own one, and how little they appreciate it. Are you a doormat? Then you're the perfect owner. I'm a doormat. You want to know what it's like to have one of these dogs? Be a foster. It's easy to find foster groups - just in a search engine type "samoyed rescue (your area)", and if you do this, do not be hesitant to ask for help from the wider group. People in foster start out knowing nothing, and at the end, are quite expert. I can solve nearly any problem with this wonderful animal, now. Took me some time to learn.'' I HIGHLY recommend doing rescue. I thought I wanted a Border Collie until I fostered for a few. I'm a good dog owner, but I'm not suited for them. They are too smart for me. Same with Australian Shepherds. I thought I would be happy with a Husky, and they're great dogs, but all they want to do is play, they're not very cuddly. For me, Samoyeds are the best but they are hard to own. They are very cuddly. But they shed 4x more than any Husky does. When they blow their coat, you can make another dog out of it, they shed A LOT. That's twice a year, and do not cut their fur, this will damage their completely pink skin. They need all their hair to stay clean, and to protect them from both the heat and the cold. Remember dogs don't sweat, cutting their hair to "keep them cool" inn the summer, doesn't keep them cool, it overheats them. It's like stripping out your insulation in your house to keep it cool in summer - their hair insulates them from the heat, and cold. Do not cut their hair.
My experience having a Samoyed is that she actually stole food and eats anything whenever we’re not looking. At the point we have to put things in the microwave and not on the counter! She’s 9 so she’s an old dog either a little arthritis in her hip, overall I recommend getting one but train them to not jump on counters and stuff
Lol my boy is just like that too, not a big cuddler, but he likes when I get down on the floor with him. He'll come lay by me or bring a toy just to hang out close by. 😊
They are gorgeous dogs‼️My sami was so friendly & the grooming was well worth it. I keep my house on the very cold side year around so my "Punky" loved to cuddle. Whenever she'd she me laying down she would immediately jump on my bed or couch. They have a natural smile on their face. The only problem I had was if I was going out especially if wearing black, I had to keep her in my room cause I'd bee full of white fur. She also didn't like to be away from me.💞💞💞💞
If you have children, they will adopt them as their own. The one we had would've gave his life for the children if necessary, he also herded them too. They would come in complaining that Nanook wouldn't let them play tag or leave the yard at times. He was a good boy.🕊💖🖖
So damn true. My boy is so loving and friendly but when it’s sleep Time… he prefers to be on the cold floor …near the door. He’ll Come up to me in bed until I fall asleep but will often go back to the cold floor shortly after.
