Your purpose seems to not be a singular action or event, your purpose is to 'be awake' in each moment so that you can resonate your highest being as your life unfolds. In being awake, you can see and act in the path of highest purpose as it is revealed to you. Basically live a life of love and void of fear and do what you enjoy.

I struggle every day with trying to figure out what my purpose is. Sometimes, I think I have an idea, but confusion and conflicting ideas always set in to challenge that idea. I find myself just as frustrated and confused as I was ten years ago. It's so hard to make sense of this life when you get conflicting messages coming at you from all angles.
Selflove is not contradictory, because only when you love yourself can your love for others be real. Therefore it's a precondition. Do not confuse selflove with egoism. According to many NDE accounts God loves everyone, regardless of what they do and what they believe. In the end everybody will be saved, because everybody goes back to the light AFTER they have gone through (felt) all the pain they inflicted on others. That's why it's crucial to find the way of love while you are on Earth.
I don't think your spirit can be anything but pure love, your body and mind live in a reality where you can experience "hate, fear, etc" which are all just void of love. Therefore, loving yourself isn't loving what you experience as yourself, body, mind, etc, but rather your true self, your spirit, which is pure love, or true love.
You have to find out what it is that causes you the greatest JOY. Since your consciousness is blurred while you are on Earth, it's difficult to find the true meaning of life. That's why God has given us this guidance: feeling. Whenever you feel joy in your heart, you know you are on the right track. It may mean that you have to let go of certainties and safeties.
Its not cruel, imagine if you hated school, had a vacation and didn't want to go back. But others said that you needed to go back because its a learning process, and you would not regret going back to school for one more year or so. Yes, school is a good answer, but also there is our purpose. In NDEs there is a general feeling that Heaven is right here right now - our chance to love and do good is here in this world. Life may not always seem as bright here as in the light but still life on earth has profound meaning, so much so, that even though the Light or Heaven is very nice, out of love and compassion you want to return to this world again.

Great point! If we translate "holy spirit" as our soul or true nature then we can find a parallel to NDE research. People say that the Light or Heaven is our true nature, and thus, what determines if you do not enter the Light/Heaven and experience a painful life-review ("go to hell") is your separation or alienation from your true nature, which is Love. If we say that to "deny the holy spirit" is the alienation from your true nature (love) then it makes sense because the Light/Heaven is Love.

The answer to this question is the core of all religions and spiritual traditions and once you know who you are, you know what your purpose is and what to do. Of course answering the question is the trick but both East and West tell you to look within. Prayer, contemplation or meditation are all techniques that help you look within - all you need it to find a practice that connects you to your inner essence of who you are.
Hell is real as a state of being as a consequences of the separation from God. But God's love is the ultimate reality and thus the only true reality. God is love and there is absolutely no anger from God. We should love our neighbor and respect God, but if religion has made you fearful, its bad religion. Focus on love instead: "There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love." - 1 John 4;18
The point is that you have to love yourself. You HAVE to! It's not that difficult though. Find ways that make you happy and feel good. Also help others without wanting something in return. Do good, and you will feel love inside of you.
@alliant I find solace in playing musical instruments and writing lyrics and poetry, and that helps somewhat, but the harsh realities of life can really cut down deep to the bone sometimes and turn my entire world upside down. Sometimes Pain, hardship and suffering are caused due to Karma of Previous Lives. According to Swami Vivekananda, "We are suffering from our own Karma. It is not the fault of God. What we do is our own fault, nothing else. Why should God be blamed?. . . Let us blame none, let us blame our own Karma. The law of Karma is the law of causation. Only man makes Karma. Each man has a mission in life, which is the result of all his infinite past Karma."

Do people who say they deny the holy spirit go straight to hell as it says in Mark 3:28-29 and Matthew 12:30-32? The Blasphemy Challenge is meant for atheists, challenging the notion that they will go to hell. But when I took the challenge and denied the holy spirit, I tried to show that you can blaspheme or deny the "holy spirit" and still go to heaven. Can this be true?

It's a matter of The Faith of God, human faith profits nothing, everyone has 'a faith'. but that which is from heaven returns to heaven, how can that not be true? How can something not of heaven (that which is not of God) return to God if He did not give it, and he is spirit and that which is of earth is not of his Spirit? Makes no sense. If that were not true, atheism would not exist...but it does exist. So does unbelief or 'doubt'; did these people have any hint of doubt bout who God is before their NDE? yes, otherwise they wouldn't be so insistent and desiring to express what can't be said in words. Just the capacity to lie alone says we are not innately of God for He is truth and Satan is the father of lies and there is no truth in Him. People are trying to understanding scriptures from the head. no good and leads to what we have today..multiple churches and denominations. Understand, Jesus has Always existed, I Am the Beginning and The End. This man experience his beginning and end as I did myself. I saw the Nothing before that which Became had yet not. Darkness. All now on earth are 'sinners', SIN - Separate in Nature from that of God until He imparts His nature unto us. But beware, there is a FALSE LIGHT and that is of 'evil nature'. That is why it is written that Only they who are born of God can say Jesus is The Christ. Was this man ever born from above? Atheism takes on a new meaning though, when it comes to things of the Spirit as does Faith and Belief. Well, some people describe the experience of a light with pure love, whilst others describe utter darkness and torment with wicked beings. I've seen over 200 NDE's and the closest book to describe this in detail with purpose is The Holy Bible. NOTE: I was a zealot atheist before looking at all these videos. But too many people with NDE's describe the Biblical accounts of a God of pure love/Jesus Christ or they describe total isolation from love where they are tormented. The only book that ever comes close to these accounts is The Bible, not only that, but these testimonies perfectly aline with scripture. Aside from that, I've seen several testimonies where God(The Light) tells these people to read The Bible. If God is loving, why would he leave us without a guide on how to live? What about the billions of people who never had internet before 1995? Well, the only logical explanation (backed by evidence) is that He left us his inspired word, which is The Holy Bible.

That is not a theory. It can only be Known by Revelation as a Gift from God, and He will Reveal but "Seek and you shall find, Ask and it will be given to you, Knock and a Door will be opened". It's a matter of The Faith of God, human faith profits nothing, everyone has 'a faith'. but that which is from heaven returns to heaven, how can that not be true? How can something not of heaven (that which is not of God) return to God if He did not give it, and he is spirit and that which is of earth is not of his Spirit? Makes no sense. If that were not true, atheism would not exist...but it does exist. So does unbelief or 'doubt'; did these people have any hint of doubt bout who God is before their NDE? yes, otherwise they wouldn't be so insistent and desiring to express what can't be said in words. Our 'true nature' is death, that's why we die. Can you lie? Yes. Just the capacity to lie alone says we are not innately of God for He is truth and Satan is the father of lies and there is no truth in Him. If you feel free to call Jesus a liar go ahead, the proof of the pudding is in the tasting, taste and see that the Lord is Good. This man I suspect needs to Learn and Be Taught yes? did he not say that? "The Spirit of Truth will lead you into all Truth, so that you will need no one to Teach you". Only that which is of God can be Taught by God. My experience was The Purpose of Life is to give it away, but you can't give away that which one is not in possession of , and that is The Life which is Of God, which is Eternal. We can't give away that LIFE, but help lead people to want It. He talks about getting wrapped up in words, I agree, it's the Understanding, things of heaven can't be put in words as they are themselves of the flesh. The best one can do is Enable others to Understand we are not our own means. If someone quotes and ad libs a line from the bible and then denies it at the same time they are a hypocrite. Found it really cool when he said he was "Dripping with Love", that IS the Blood of Christ, it IS The Forgiveness of God through He whom died for us so that they who are Of Him 'will not see death'. They who have NDEs are seeing death, their very own death as they describe. He needs to Learn the Truth about Who Christ Really is. It cannot by any means be understand with the carnal mind, which is Cain. His Out Pouring of Forgiveness is the most beautiful thing one can every experience in this lifetime. "The Truth will set you free, and He who is freed is free indeed!". Read the account of Jesus and Nicodemus...you must be born From Above (of God), we are born of flesh, that which is flesh is flesh, that which is spirit is Spirit. God is Spirit, so they who TRULY worship Him worship in Spirit and In Truth, The Light, In Christ.the Life Giving Spirit of Truth. People are trying to understanding scriptures from the head. no good and leads to what we have today..multiple churches and denominations. Understand, Jesus has Always existed, I Am the Beginning and The End. This man experience his beginning and end as I did myself. I saw the Nothing before that which Became had yet not. Darkness. All now on earth are 'sinners', SIN - Separate in Nature from that of God until He imparts His nature unto us. But beware, there is a FALSE LIGHT and that is of 'evil nature'. That is why it is written that Only they who are born of God can say Jesus is The Christ. Was this man ever born from above? No. That is because he had no free will to make that choice because his 'carnal nature' did not have that capacity to understand anything . That is another thing he needs to learn. We are Separated Innately (Sin) from The Source of our own pre-existent existence and are in a state of blindness to God (otherwise, atheism would not exist). Atheism takes on a new meaning though, when it comes to things of the Spirit as does Faith and Belief. Evil has one goal and one goal only, not to receive God in the Spirit of the Living God which is Christ; anyone can say Jesus is Lord in the head, that means nothing. Don't be deceived, evil is much greater than any of us. The Lord is my Rock and My salvation was said 1000 years before Jesus ever came on to this planet (as a person). "Those who are Known by God Love Him". That's the other portion of the purpose of life, is to extend THAT LOVE. Human love is carnal and actually to God, 'lust'. It's driven by emotions, the same emotions that kill. Still in doubt? "2 Corinthians 4:4 "The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see The Light of the Good News (which was talked about in the Old Testament as well) that displays The Glory of Christ, who IS The Image of God.

Yeah, me too. We're so lucky to have so much actual NDE evidence that we can examine, rather than having to rely on the ancient superstitions of primitive peoples. In fact, most of the NDE evidence indicates that most of the old stories are nothing more than the fear and ego-driven fantasies of mankind. All the best!
Well, some people describe the experience of a light with pure love, whilst others describe utter darkness and torment with wicked beings. I've seen over 200 NDE's and the closest book to describe this in detail with purpose is The Holy Bible. NOTE: I was a zealot atheist before looking at all these videos. But too many people with NDE's describe the Biblical accounts of a God of pure love/Jesus Christ or they describe total isolation from love where they are tormented. The only book that ever comes close to these accounts is The Bible, not only that, but these testimonies perfectly aline with scripture. Aside from that, I've seen several testimonies where God(The Light) tells these people to read The Bible. If God is loving, why would he leave us without a guide on how to live? What about the billions of people who never had internet before 1995? Well, the only logical explanation (backed by evidence) is that He left us his inspired word, which is The Holy Bible.
