Less is more! The flash patterns are a mess. I'm not a fan of the tricolor lights. I would slow the patterns down, they then seem brighter and they are easier to work around when you are on a scene or traffic stop. I am a fan of Sirennet, I worked with them on all of the emergency lights and siren for my office's new command center last year. They were great!
I thought the same, as well as the grill lights are far too close together will end up looking like one large blur of light instead of a nice clean strobe
Absolutely gorgeous piece of equipment. I just hope it can handle the hundred forty thousand Mile mark. Seems like durangos like to go crazy at that Mark.
With the stock T-shifter it's hard to have the perfect console. Sounds like that'll be changing in the 2021 service package model. We tried it with an armrest... it made things a little too tight.
Two come to mind that Star Cars has worked on (we didn't have a chance to film them unfortunately). One has built up with a Liberty II bar and T-Series ION's in the grille and under the tailgate. The other had a SOUNDOFF "Universal" Interior bar, plus the T-Series ION's.
How did you guys do the Hideaway lights. I'm building a Durango as we speak and I'm not to sure of how to go about mounting the Hideaways in the rear light housings
They sure are. We don't recall what percentage tint it is (sorry)... it's not limo/black-out. The FST Inner Edge is great for applications like this as the optics in the modules concentrate the light, helping it pack more punch through tint (depending on how dark the tint percentage, the output can be effected/diminished).
For this installation Star Cars made up custom mounting brackets that go behind the grille for mounting the ION's. Small backing plates were made to secure the Microns.
curious, what component did you use to modify the racetrack lighting to rapidly flash? id like to do that to my POV to improve caution when on side of the road or come across accidents.
I'd like to see you all make install videos again. I'm not a fan of the pattern choices again with this one. With the carbide you can have much more effective patterns that flash like colors in a slower manner. The rapid flashing red white and blue just creates a blur. Good install overall, just needs some pattern work.
Lighting is beautiful in my opinion. Although I am not a fan of the “squirrel level” lights at near ground level. Microns are a waste. Ions are perfect (again, IMO).
What happens to these demo cars after they are built? Do you keep them, give them to manufacturers, auction them, remove equipment, sell to police, or what?
Fantastic build!
Thanks for watching :)
Another fantastic vehicle lighting build. Thanks for sharing! :D
Thank you for watching! :)
beautiful
Looks great! But the side mirror dead give away. Even though it's smoked.
Thanks for watching :)

What happens to them I want to buy a srt Durango
@@dattepo7534 they go boom
Dat Tepo lol my motor went kaboom at 100k 07 5.7l Hemi.
Console doesn’t look very comfortable. No arm rest?

That makes sense. Nice build though.
@@thomasrossi31 It turned out pretty awesome :)
90 degrees? What I would do for that. We had over a month of temps 110+ hottest summer on record.
This super stealth should be illegal lol, that's one darn beautiful build.
Love all the lights
I see that new ranger in the background at 5:13. Have you guys ever did an install on one of those?

SIRENNET Cool thank you for the reply.

The installation was done by Star Cars, LLC. Unfortunately we don't have the specifics about the steps they go through to install the Vertex.
Can you do more undercover Dodge Charger installs
As they come up we'll try to get a few new ones that aren't setup similar to what we've previous shown.
When can we see installation?
We didn't get a chance to see it during the upfit. Just the final look before it left :)
@@SIRENNET I'm sorry, it was good.

What level of tint is on the windshield strip?
Any CENCOM Core videos coming out soon?
They'll be one ;)
how did you mount the lights in the grill and fog light area?
For this installation Star Cars made up custom mounting brackets that go behind the grille for mounting the ION's. Small backing plates were made to secure the Microns.
@@SIRENNET any chance they could share a picture of their brackets?
@@teds215 We could try in future if another build with the same setup in the grille is used. We can't bring this one back for pictures.
what pattern / phases do you have the Ion Trios in the grill set to?? and what about the FST?
Awesome build!
Appreciate you saying so :)
Can you guys install an undercover SRT Viper??
We'd love too! Only trouble is finding one that needs to be upfit ;)
Real nice setup
Glad to hear that ;)

here's a random question, but does anyone know what light bar Texas State Police uses?
Looks like their using Whelen's Legacy Series bar.
yup
What department is it?
As a courtesy we can't publish whom it belongs too. Thanks for watching :)

We have some fresh installation video's that were working on now :) Lots of patterns, lots of ways to configure them. Just based on preference ;)

Usually they're bought by a Department.
@@SIRENNET ok, that makes sense
Look nice, If i was a police i would want to drive that unmark car all the time.
Thanks for watching :)
Light placement is amazing and well put but the patterns is way too messy and will be a blob responding.
