What a shame about the Owlcrate box 🥴 I hope you get replacements and they do a better job with packaging! It’s always upsetting when you spend your hard earned money on special editions and the companies don’t take the care to package the books properly 😢 Arcane Society, Lithaven boutique and Books for Days Crate does an immaculate job with packaging IMO! 💜 these other companies need to take notes! 😂

That's so sad... Why wouldn't they make sure the books are nicely wrapped before sending?🔥 It's probably a much lesser cost than to have to replace the books... :(. Thankfully someone warned you! The books don't look like they close properly...? Very disappointing :(... I have to say Flame&Sparrow does look very very nice!!🪶 Very unique :D!🔥🪶
Yeah, it breaks my heart to see damaged books 😔. I don't understand why they ship their books without protection when it'll cost them more in replacements.
