Cialis is the little yellow pill 😉. Only thing that helped my BPH. Makes sense it does if you look at the chemistry. 5mg daily is the usual script. 10-20 every 3 days for ED or when you need it. I have had and still do, a high calcium score in the thousands for the last 10 years. Lost 40 pounds and take my 5mg Crestor. Tests keep coming up fine. Never had a heart attack but high risk. I’m 68. Glad the Cialis or tadalafil, as known as the generic version, shows 13% less death from cardiac issues. Thanks for the report.
In what way did it help your bph and did insurance cover it for this purpose?
@@jerseyjim9092Better flow. Yes it’s covered. But ask your doctor to prescribe (call it in) with a GoodRx number. The genetic Tadalafil 90 day count is best price. Check out different pharmacies. Grocery stores too. My urologist knew. It’s like 60 cents a pill. Depends on the dose. But it’s not much more.

In preparation for hernia surgery the specialist prescribed generic Flomax to prevent post BPH complications. Flomax improved BPH symptoms but I developed hypotension, dizziness when I bent over or stood up quickly. I discussed the alternatives with my PCP and I suggested generic Cialis for my LUTS/ BPH. 2.5mg daily had no effect while 5mg daily worked as well as Flomax without the side effects. Flomax works quickly while Cialis took about four weeks to reach the desired results.
I have severe BPH, and I had to use a catheter to urinate. Of course I also had ED. 5mg a day of Cialis cured both issues. If I miss a dose I go back to not being able to urinate.
A small warning if you are prone to get Uveitis. Both tadalafil and sildenafil might trigger Uveitis/Iritis, also other supplements increasing nitric oxide might have the same effect. Not much in the literature about(some cases mentioned in PUB MED though) this but i have first hand experience.
About a 1.5 years ago, I was having trouble starting a stream first thing in the morning. Urologist put me on low dose Tadalifil and I was good the next morning and have been since. I frequently woke up in a tent the first few weeks but that settled down. I also take Finasteride since recovering from Testicular cancer.
They make 3 different Cialis products, one more for ED, one for BPH and one in the middle. I have been taking the BPH one called Zalutia for a few years. It is very effective for urinary flow. I tried Flomax and others but do not like them and they are not as effective. I never had ED but these pills sure don't hurt getting erections. I take 5 mg a day, I'm 72 and my prostate is very large.
I'm in the same boat. Tadalafil greatly reduced urgency due to BPH. Seems to also help flow somewhat 👍
Not had any side effects from C and V ,only prob they dont really work for me,but i am eighty.oh well ,still got my fingers.

ALL DRUGS HAVE SIDE-EFFECTS. It works to dilate your blood vessels especially in the cells of the penis. It does not cure ED. Never forget that. You are now smarter than before. It relaxes the blood vessels. Apparently, the lower esophageal sphincter too.
Yes it increases nitric oxide quite healthy for dilating arteries make them flexible… question what is the optimum mg for long term use ? Thank you 🙏

L arginine, citrulline, beet juice powder. Safer.
And less effective. You forgot about the other half.
@@krane15 when coupled with dietary adjustments, and regular exercise it's proven to be quite effective.
These two are not work for my ED at all. My ED has caused by the Covid-19 two years ago. I am 70. therefore i will try Cialis later.
@@winghosamLeung-ff3bu is your Ed vascular? Or is it hormonal? Perhaps a combination of both I would assume, since you are 70. Do your homework first before taking Cialis or Viagra. The latter has been linked to cancer. Fedogia aggrestis, Tongkat Ali (LJ 100 extract) shilajit Peruvian Maca (gelatinized) and many other things can bolster your testosterone (if your ED is hormonal) also eat more egg yolks because it's difficult to produce testosterone without cholesterol)
I was taking 5mg daily of tadalafil, i had to stop due to the lower back pain, acid reflux heart burn was also bad. Didn’t see much improvement in any catagory
taurine is what people usually take for the painfull lower back pumps, and their are studies showing taking 5mg every other day is just as effective as 5mg per day.
You'll get the same symptoms if you take any other prostate medication. I've tried them all.
@@geraldfisher6475 Here's the thing, back pain can be cause by a million different things. Always keep that in mind when you randomly offer a remedy. I have lower back pain and have been using Taurine for years. It has nothing to do with back pain unless its due to a strained or tense muscle. Taurine helps relieve "routine" muscle spasms.
I wish they would speak about the hard core side effects and is there a way to overcome it?
The DREAM study was not an intervention based study. To make a difference in dementia the study would have had to started long before demenia's onset. While the DREAM study was a novel approach to this problem it failed miserably in its methods. There are many similarly bad papers showing the opposite. Indeed drug companies are trying to find an PDE-5 that they can patent for this right now.
What are the brown capsules contained in Cialis bottle?
I can't help but wonder given that PDE5s increase nitric oxide in the penis, is the the effect systemic, in other words does it affect endothilial function throughout the body? if so would low dose cialis to treat BPH also be good for other arteries

It as an amazing drug for erections at the higher dose, only problem I have is this weird side effect, about 2 days after taking it my hips will start aching, i usually have to take a high dose aspirin or advil to make it go away, i wonder if the lower dose would have the same side effect

I've been taking five milligram daily for the last six years for BPH. Hopefully it's also helping reduce my Cardiovascular risk Along with 5 mg crestor.

Took Cialis 20mg and didnt work that well as taking viagra 50mg...Can i take 30mg. Cialis for the 36 hr. Duration, if 20mg not working???????
Point being? I get pain relief from acetaminophen but none from Ibuprofen. Does that mean Ibuprofen is useless and doesn't work?
I've done a lot of research but can't find any information on the caustic aspects of Cialis. Taking it orally causes massive inflammation in my stomach so I tried sublingually. After 2 days sublingual at 5 mg a day I developed severe irritation and canker sores under my tongue. There must be some caustic nature to this drug? Your feedback would be appreciated
Is that what you learned in school? How about this, no drug is 100% effective or safe for 100% of the populations. Did you know that citrus can cause serious life-threatening reaction to people that are allergic? Should citrus therefore, be banned from sale? Now you get to leave here much smarter than when you arrived.

This side effect is super rare with Cialis. I've been taking Tadalafil from nextchems as a pre workout or for my recovery after training and I never had this issue.
Blind deaf sex is quite an experience ! 😍👌
