The only thing that changes is her ult is worse than release neeko and she can turn into minions etc. the rest is all the same isnt it?
The main prob is shes overstattet and has a nobrain teamfight ult
you ult, you cc faster than kennen, you outdamage kennen, you call naafiri champion broken while having not even 1 additional armor and being untouchable the whole fight cause you engage "hehe, looks like i have to ult :3" -lesbian diff AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
@@baki6236 i know that, i was asking about which rework he is referring to, since the only rework the champ has gotten is that you can transform into random shit and that your ult does not have a slow anymore while she jumps like she did have on release

It’s mostly the knockup they added to her ult that basically guarantees it hits, where as before there was a lot more counterplay. Plus she’s overturned and has stupid passive interactions. Used to play a lot of Neeko pre rework because it felt very rewarding and deserved when pulling off baits with passive and hitting big ults, but now it kinda just happens multiple times every game because they dumbed her down so much.
Anyway sorry for essay but that’s prob why Neeko pisses him off lol

yeah idk why people stopped complaining about neeko rework. like that shit was so broken when it came out and they have done virtually nothing to change/fix her since then. people just forgot or stopped caring despite how unhealthy her abilities are for the game competitively, which is pretty much always. ig everyone just go's oooh teehee so silly look neeko is a ward
