I believe the directors themselves can also be shareholders of the company. I’m that case does it mean they are the owners of the company and the directors as well?

Hi, thank you for your interesting and lucid explanation. May I ask one more question, do all the shareholders need to attend the general meeting? Or just the chosen representatives of them? Does a director have to be a shareholder first before his/er appointment of becoming a director? Thank you very much in advance.
shareholders be also directors at the same time? is it best because you as shareholder also make the company work good as a director instead of giving this work to some stranger
