This crossing is located on the West Anglia Main Line near Elsenham station. The crossing separates two roads that look like at one point they used to join up to one n other. The crossing is quite close to Stansted North Junction where the line splits off to go to Stansted Airport, continuing straight on, the line takes you to London.
At one point the crossing used to have Yodalarms like all the crossings on this line and nearly every crossing in the UK. Sometime between 2019 and late 2021 to very early 2022 the alarms where replaced with E2S Apello alarms (obviously)… the Red and Green lights are set up in an odd way at all of these crossing passed Elsenham, where the Red and Green light faces over the railway and the alarms also point in this direction.

I think you made a mistake in the description, the 2 electrostars are class 379's not class 387's.

You know something, Iv always gotten them two mistaken for each other. It’s because there so similar.

@@UKLCSandT also, the 379 runs off of the 25Kv AC overhead wires while the 387 is a dual voltage EMU meaning that it can run off of the standard 25Kv AC overhead wires and the 750V DC 3rd Rail.
