I was using GXP1625 in my home with Cellular Router (USB Modem 3.75G attached to the wireless router) without any problem, the communication is crystal clear without interruptions. Great for business and offices outside the downtown. By the Way, i'm using the UCM6510 in the internal lan and external with symmetric optical fiber with 5 Mb of batdwidth, and the UCM61116 as only for connect the Central Brach Office (telephone company)
Hi, I like your videos about the UCM6100 series. I think you made a mistake in this video. In the section PBX - Sip settings - NAT - Localnetwork adress, you say the IP adress of your server is 192.168.2.0/19. I think the 19 is the netmask for your network. example : 8 = 255.0.0.0 16 = 255.255.0.0 24 = 255.255.255.0 32 = 255.255.255.255
Hello MKN Group. I have found your videos very useful as I am currently deploying UCM61xx for a number of clients. Can you also do a video on how to interconnect 2 or more different sites or branches of one organisation using UCMs so they can make calls between sites.
Thankyou very much for your videos, they are really helpful! I've configured my gs wave with my extension because I have to move out from my office constantly, the problem is that once my wave has registered, my GXP phone can't receive calls even after I sign out from my wave. Do you have an idea of what could be happening?
thank you for this helpful video but i have some issues first the NAT page there is External UDP Port* it asked me to fill the second the netmask is empty what i had to put
hey nice video! I am thinking of replacing my old panasonic pbx with grandstream ippbx. one of the main attractions is using a mobile as an extension. here are a few things I'd like to know: 1. how do you set the port in ippbx? I saw some extensions had 5060 as the port. how does the port thing work in ippbx? as far as i know a device can only have one port number (i.e., 5060 or 5080) but i guess you are using both. I have a ddns client by no-ip already running so my public IP has a domain name. 2. suppose I forward the call to my mobile number if not answered after 20sec., will the caller id on my mobile show the number of the person who has called or the pstn line with which I will be forwarding it? is there is way to see the person's number? Thanks in advance!
Buenas tardes, logre configurar el smartphone pero al realizar una llamada no se oye nada de ninguno de los dos lados, alguno tiene idea por que puede ser? Muchas Gracias! Good afternoon, I managed to configure the smartphone but when making a call you do not hear anything from either side, any one has an idea why it could be? Thank you so much!

Hi, I like your videos about the UCM6100 series.
I think you made a mistake in this video.
In the section PBX - Sip settings - NAT - Localnetwork adress, you say the IP adress of your server is 192.168.2.0/19. I think the 19 is the netmask for your network.
example :
8 = 255.0.0.0
16 = 255.255.0.0
24 = 255.255.255.0
32 = 255.255.255.255
Hi Peter, thank you for your feedback, I will double check and make corrections if needed. Best regards!
LucidPhone He is correct.. the "/19" is the netmask. If your local IP was .19 .. the IP would be 192.168.2.19
Great videos though!!!
+Mark Rotarius How are you doing on your UCM deployments? I have a number of them in now too. Can I help you with anything? Tom@tmsi.ca
