Cup size; 1 glass of 200 ml. 1 tea glass of 150 ml.
FOR CAKE;
4 eggs
1 glass of sugar
1 Turkish coffee cup boiling water (70 ml)
1 cup of flour
Half a pack of baking powder (5gr)
1 packet of vanilla (5 g)
FOR CREAM;
3 cups of milk
4 tablespoons of sugar
3 tablespoons of flour (do not fill to the top)
1.5 tablespoons of starch (do not fill to the top)
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon of butter
1 packet of vanilla
FOR THE ABOVE;
1 pack of milk cream (200ml)
160 g dark or milk chocolate
White chocolate to decorate.
