It's not all jeffy, however I'd say Jeffy is 80% of the reason. I didn't like V1 stage Jeffy at ALL. V2 Jeffy was the best in my opinion. Jeffy got the most character development and became somewhat funny. V3 is in the middle. Jeffy cusses WAY TOO MUCH and it's not that funny except for some funny parts. Also my favorite character in my opinion is by far Chef Pee Pee.

Personally, I hate bowser jrs military school. There is so much yelling and violence, I wanted to rip my ears off. I don't know why, I just despised it.
That's not to say I don't like the ending, starting from when jr got home from school.
