Delicious little apple cookies, little sweet and crunchy, even on the second day. They are made very quickly and the dough consists of only 3 ingredients. Perfect for everyday coffee and on holidays.

* 250 g of cottage cheese
* 250 g of wheat flour
* 3 apples
* powdered sugar for sprinkling
