Idk honestly, He was made by a certain dude in bilibili. He's like at king multiverse's level & I don't even know why he still looks almost the same despite being a multiverse murderer. I was just following his feats & design for the video

You can say that, I didn't plan the plot for this fight, all I can make up was that 404 has been watching him & his crew doing all the dirty work in the multiverse & he knows how f##k up this was so yeah

Here are the 404 forms (in order, from what I know): Base, Devotion(basically yellow and black, with a bit more power) B.U.T.T.E.R.F.L.Y. (A LOT more power, blackish-blue wings and such coming out of black, prolly one of his most famous forms), ERROR666(too lazy to describe, sorry D: ), then JUST!404(him but w/blue and black horizontal striped shirt, long ahh black coat w/blue fur on the edges, tons of blue and black string shit, entirely black bones, and freaky ahh face w/ one blue ring-eye thing with white filling in the middle, and ye. MUCH more powerful than the other forms above this), Perfect!404(basically pure white w/light blue strings from eyes, large tentacles things, hella powerful, most powerful[so far]), PerfectButterfly!404(combine B.U.T.T.E.R.F.L.Y. and Perfect, get a powerful BEAST ahh mofo), ERROR747(I think this is canon, don’t kill me if not, I’m just trying to remember shit here at 7:28 AM.) basically him but MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH better, with cool red strings from his eyes, a gray jacket with te hood up, and (potentially) a third eye. Yet again, don’t kill me cuz of this, I’m just trying to remember what I think does exist. So FINALLY, that’s (I think) it :D. Sorry if I missed any, might reply to this comment with a detailed explanation and description of E666.

not gonna lie, 404 be holding back as helll, but still, one blaster, one bone or even a punch would still kill any non-deity sans
It isn't that simple, since Multiverse Murder Sans is actually, in a verge of gaining DTLV1 in the sense. With people like Dust+ who is literally physically and magically stronger than Error404 in base, its not far fetch that 404 have to add a bit more, all while having to hold back like you said.
