For quinoa you have to rinse it or put the quinoa and broth in the pot at the same time BEFORE it boils! If you’re waiting for the broth/water to boil and then adding the quinoa then it will be crunchy and it won’t “germ” you’ll know it’s done when the little white ring pops out.

I have no idea of Utah rules of the road but where I live - going without windshield washer fluid (aka windshield gravy) is a huge no-no because your vehicle is not considered "road worthy" if you cannot clean your windshield. Heather xo
