It has nothing to do with Bo stepping up its game in regard to BSL. Kenema with its close proximity to Kailahuns Cocoa and Konos diamonds made it a strategic point to locate a BSL headquarters. Not to forget Kenema district also has a lot of diamond deposits & cocoa/coffee farms
