This witness is so awful. The state played themselves having her as their last witness. She’s a horrible “detective”, she’s just an online stalker with a professional label. She was their probation officer with an obsession.
And Abatte is just a male version of Love. He’s a horrible human and doesn’t miss a day to show it.

    • @mostlyvoid.partiallystars

I mostly agree but honestly abate is a lot less awful than Love haha. At the very least he speaks succinctly and tries to get to a point and doesn’t argue with the judge nearly as much as (expecting the judge to eventually cave if they just argue long enough)

Max’s question while the jury was present was very clear and specific. Viverito went on that stand on a mission, from day one. Also, that was a prime example of listening to respond and not to understand a question to answer with accuracy and relevance. Her responses seem very emotionally and personally charged and she could potentially slide them right into a mistrial.
