This witness is so awful. The state played themselves having her as their last witness. She’s a horrible “detective”, she’s just an online stalker with a professional label. She was their probation officer with an obsession. And Abatte is just a male version of Love. He’s a horrible human and doesn’t miss a day to show it.
I mostly agree but honestly abate is a lot less awful than Love haha. At the very least he speaks succinctly and tries to get to a point and doesn’t argue with the judge nearly as much as (expecting the judge to eventually cave if they just argue long enough)
Max’s question while the jury was present was very clear and specific. Viverito went on that stand on a mission, from day one. Also, that was a prime example of listening to respond and not to understand a question to answer with accuracy and relevance. Her responses seem very emotionally and personally charged and she could potentially slide them right into a mistrial.
Okay your Honor!😊 Love the way she put her foot down with the prosecutor witness trying to manipulate and spin her answers. WHO WILL BE PROSECUTED FOR THAT WATCH!!! THAT'S WHAT WE WANT TO KNOW SO WE DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THEM DOING THAT TO OTHERS!!
This witness was so inside her own head thinking what she wanted to say next(and how smart she wanted to sound),so she wasn’t listening to the current question. She needs a communication skills class
Viverito has got to be the top witness full of herself. She's police lieutenant and seems incapable of testifying without going into tangential opinions without ever addressing the question. She claims to have only followed the trial incidentally on social media, but it's pretty clear she's been watching.
Nobody in the world thinks being on bond means they beat a case. I been on bond for driving on a suspended license and was still well aware I had that hanging over my head until the case was over
The state built their case on out of context selection of social media posts, emojis, and song lyrics. The defense has no option but to provide context and throw it back at them. It's been interesting to watch, for sure!
shes making the state look worse with her answers. "it could be cap but it could not have been" Thats such a bad bias for an investigator and the jury will see right through it.
Judge Y'all let this witness spew her opinions for days. This witness obviously went all in with the state but can't produce a single report to prove any of her OPINIONS are truthful.
What are her supposed credentials again? Because at this point, I’m convinced these people just get participation certificates and claim they are certified. This is embarrassing and a waste of tax dollars. If she really works for the GBI now, I hope not for long.
Expert witness= watches twitter/X about the stolen watch and most likely the trial, dances around the answers of simple questions, very defensive about the stolen watch because she’s the last one seen with it, almost causes a mistrial several times, gets scolded by the judge numerous times. 🤦🏻♀️
Just from an outsider looking in on a murder trial this entire case is a Saturday Night Live Dave Chapelle Netflix Skit. Its a joke from lil woody, the lawyers on both side from the first judge to now and all these slang terms is Krazy.
This whole trial has been illegal since the first ex parte communication. The judge has made it clear she will not Grant a mistrial with prejudice which proves a bias and she should have to be recused from the case.
Abbott's and Viverito are psychics. They know what defendants believe and think at any point in time. Too bad their psychic powers do not allow them to see what people who follow the trial closely think about them.
I’m not even calling her a Judge, Paige Whitaker is totally unprofessional and horrible at her job. This is all her fault and she needs to be held accountable for her poor actions of this case.
The judge is wrong- He DID NOT ASK IF he was aquited or beat charges on a murder rap. He asked if he beat a murder rap. Beat could mean if he got away with a murder rap.
Asking if someone beat a m*rder rap actually does equate to “was he acquitted” and since this expert gang detective knows that he’s sitting in court right now for that m*rder, then she knows that he didn’t. And working in the DA’s office prior to now, she also knows that getting out on bond doesn’t beat the m*rder rap either.
I think the witness is right. The question was not specifically about beating a murder charge at trial. He asked a compound question about beating a charge, being cleared of a charge or being acquitted at trial. Beating a charge or being cleared of a charge doesn't necessarily mean at trial.
@AIsInMyNames If you are arrested and then the case against you is dropped without you ever facing trial, that could certainly be described as beating the rap.
She knew what she was trying to do..thats all the states witnesses have done try ti be confusing..no he was never acquitted, cas wasn't dropped..so the answer until he is convicted will always be no
Being on bond is not beating a rap. The point is like the rest of the case, the state and their gang pseudo experts make huge presumptions with zero tangible supporting evidence.
If I was on this jury, I would eat lunch and vote not guilty on all charges. Then I would sue the city for wasting a year of my life 😫
Haha, that needs to be documented as community service or something to avoid paying tax that year.

"Trying to be respectful of his rights" by giving false character evidence against him under oath.
I wonder if she knows that her testimony helped the defendants now 😂😂😂
The fact that she even had to explain that he couldn't ask that question is the evidence he's not even competent to do the job.

These are some dishonest prosecutors and the judge does nothing. Is the judge dishonest also?
