The other girl Natty who sang a lot is actually the sub vocal, the other girl Haneul is the lead vocal (she is in the blue in sticky). Julie is the rapper and had a mini rap in sticky. She’s also certified sexy queen. Julie and Belle are American (Korean ethnically), Natty is Thai and was on TWICE survival program and had a solo debut a few years before debuting with KIOF, and Haneul is Korean. And honestly yes!! They do give huge second gen vibes and everyone calls them the new SISTAR. The other two main mvs besides the solos of each member (which btw, at the end of sticky that was Natty dressed in her solo mv outfit looking at them) you still have left are Bad News and Nobody Knows. I would say they got very well known with these because of the insane vocals and the sound which felt fresh in the current music trends. I’m going to share my opinion. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the current sound of kpop girl groups which is this more fresh sound especially for younger girl groups. Obviously we want a concept that suits younger idols so I am not complaining. But because so many companies are debuting younger idols I feel like we don’t get that more mature sound as much anymore, especially with girl groups. So when Kiss Of Life came in they gave us that 2nd gen and early 3rd gen kpop and a hint of 90s and early 2000s female artists/groups with a modern flare. It’s just nice to hear and see more mature women again in kpop. Like I said, nothing wrong with the other girl groups now or anything but we haven’t had that in a little while so seeing it just feels nice. As always thank you for the reaction!
