I got breast augmentation in 2010 and about 3 months after I started having knee pain. The implants fired up my immune response and I developed PSA. I had them removed in 2013. I couldn't handle the pain.
Implants are dangerous. I’m so glad you’re doing better.
Mine made me horribly sick. Had them removed in 2019 and it was life changing!

Your wisdom and honesty are so refreshing from a young person. I really do rely on your Walmart videos and recommendations. I recently used the tie dye Walmart duffel bag as my carry on bag on vacation and it was really fabulous. I do a 15 to 20 minute yoga (online) 6 days a week and I have a cheap little bike thing that sits on the floor and I pedal it while I’m watching TV in the evening everyday

You seem (not look) but seem much older than 28. The hard work ethic to get where you are at would make a great topic for young adults wanting to be influencers. You really do a great job.
Congratulations on your RUclips 100,000 subscriber award. That is a big deal. As far as working out, my gym/Club closed during Covid so I only walked. Then a little over a year ago they opened again. I started out slowly but I work out every day. Yoga three times a week, Step class twice a week, Cycle class once a week and then I do something called Body Flow which is a combination of calisthenics, Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi. I use to do double classes Step and Weight training, but during the Summer, Weight Training class is outside. I hate Boston's hot and humid Summer weather, so I stopped going to that class. Once they bring it back inside, I will do it once a week after Step class. I also do a class called Muscle Recovery, but I do not want to stay inside the gym that long in the Summer (it is right after Body Flow). Two hours at the gym is too much for me in the Summer. Our Club/gym has two pools, so when I can I will go for a swim. And last month I tried to return to Tennis by doing a Tennis Drill class for an hour. I couldn't breath after an hour. So I am not in good shape to play tennis right now. Perhaps I will take a beginner Tennis class and start out slowly this Fall. We'll see.

TFS, for my workout I do strength training here on RUclips, the trainer is Sydney Cummings, she is amazing and inspiring and it makes the workouts fun to do.

Hi friend!! I think 9 months is supposed to be the average for filler but I feel like my chin filler lasted around a year! I LOVED my chin filler! Idk if I would do my lips again but definitely would do my chin! Thanks so much for watching :)
