i guess im asking randomly but does any of you know a method to log back into an instagram account? I stupidly forgot the password. I would appreciate any tips you can give me.
@Zahir Sonny Thanks so much for your reply. I found the site thru google and Im waiting for the hacking stuff now. Looks like it's gonna take quite some time so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
I was actually the opposite my wife is the opposite of most women and helped me and us get on track and we worked hard together and saved money and paid all debts off. you can work together too. its not always bad lol
I learned my lesson getting a new corvette when I was 21 then losing my job... I lost it and still had to pay for it... Now my home 2 cars and 2 motorcycles all paid in full... They aren't 20k cars and bikes but they are nice and all I need
Any advice for someone that has not purchased a house. But i have bought 3 cars and a motorcycle, plus credit cards. 2 cars and the bike are still on loan... and the other car's loan is tacked onto one of those 2 still on loan. I regret it all. Not a lot of resale value there. NONE for profit. Id owe on the loans after sale. And a credit card. Pretty sure all I can do it get a better income and chip that shit away.
CycleCruza I been watching for for 5 years now, and I finally upgraded bikes to a 2012 cbr600rr. You are the reason I always wanted one haha, ever since i was 14
No debt is the best, credit card is the worst but if it improves your skills or cash flow AND you can increase your income, then it’s alright. USDA homes can be bought, zero down payment if you qualify and in a year, turned into rentals. Good quality and new can be found in suburbs close to cities.
Good for you, Cruza! I was in the same boat with lots of debt and fought my way out of it. I now have a mortgage, but that's it. Here's another tip for people watching: If you're going to have a credit card, do like I do and 1) get a rewards card and 2) only use it for things you can afford and pay off the balance every month. The rewards come in handy for a lot of stuff!
Lost my “good paying” job in 2018. After not finding a job for 6 months I took the first thing I could find then took a second night job. I was able to pay off my debt in 6 months and finished 2019 debt free. I’m no saving up to buy my second bike and still debt free!! Still really the only way to live
It doesn't really matter how much you make (Rich people get into debt!) or if you are not single, you have to follow a budget, know what to invest in and live a debt free lifestyle. However, I would not advise getting legally married because your wife or husband can get into debt and it'll be your debt too. It is easily being able to afford nice thing
It's not just that. It's an attitude adjustment. This " I need it now because I deserve " Ms mentality van be self toxic. It's about simple common sense discipline. Spend less than what you make...every paycheck..every time, stick to a consistent budget every paycheck, every time, and pay yourself the remaining amounts by saving that money and building that Efund like a boss
It's usually not what you make that's important it's what you keep that matters. A lot of people that make less have more because they plan and budget consistently. All the best to you.
That's all I mostly buy are left over new bikes, sometimes you can get a better deal than with a used bike. I bought that 2012 cbr1000rr left-over new for 9k OTD back in 2014, used ones were selling for 10k+ at the time.
Being debt free is great! But I must say without my spouse I would not have come as far. A spouse can be a blessing or a curse. If your both working towards your agreed upon debt free dreams then nothing can stop you. If your spouse is not on board then you may never reach the goal. Cycle Cruzer you are correct- nothing better than debt free living!
Without even watching 2 seconds of this, I can tell you that once again, CycleCruza will preach about himself not buying ANYTHING with credit. That he pays cash for everything and that he is not rich.... This fucking video content has been published ad nauseum for Christ sake. Quality over quantity man..
While I agree with the technical part of your point, it's good to remind people of what is possible if it's a good and NEEDED message for society be it as a whole..or as individuals
Ive seen this vid at least a dozen times. Probably not the best fkn material to be spouting off on during a pandemic with huge unemployment crisis. Where more people are behind bills and prob using credit more than ever right now. Not everyone inherits fam members homes 😐
@@Roadsurfer2k11 actually given this plandemic crap it couldn't be more applicable. People , now more than ever , should discipline themselves to spend less on Shir they dont need to afford shit they actually do need, budget better, and if possibly pump that efund. What's going to hurt you more? Not doing the common sense I just said doing good times. Or not doing what just said during rough times? Ah rough times...it hurts either way trying to spend like you're in Congress without those such benefits but hurts worse now. Facts are facts. So what are you even talking about? Yeah idiots will always fall back on credit cards when they should have BEEN focused on getting out of debt instead of paying 22 percent interest in bullshit like Louis viton or Michael Coore purses or a new ATV or other " toy" they didn't need. If a person isn't wise enough to START doing the right things financially when Murphy is kicking their damn teeth in and they are too stupid to realize " NOW is the time to start being wise" when they can't even chew their food... Then that's not CC's fault nor problem that they didn't and still don't follow common sensible financial and life advice. Therefore, there is nothing wrong with the message. CC out in this video. Are you going to be asinine enough to tell Dave Ramsey that debr is smart and that you're a millionaire also? Lol get real m yeah times are tough, but that's just MORE of a reason to use common sense and NOT open a wound that was bleeding to make it bleed more. Must stop the bleeding and seal the wound ID it is to heal. It's not rocket science.
Great advice...cycle Cruza! I just bought a 2018 leftover Honda Goldwing with 42 miles on it for 6K below MSRP...you are right deals are out there. I wish I’d paid cash, but I got .89% financing which is almost like paying cash. 🙄😬
Man ur story resemble mine. After tmobile let me go after 7 years i moved to dayton ohio. Got a pretty decent job out there n now im all good. My bikes r paid off cash also
I had commented last year about finally paying my truck off and now I have a hand full of cash looking for a supermoto now to add to the debt free collection. Good vid cause some people have no idea where to start.
Thanks for all the advice Cycle cruza, following your channel from South Africa, One day you should visit, it's an awesome place to ride, just starting a sort of motovlog, inspired by how good you guys are at it.
I live debt free also. First step is to quit buying anything that isn't needed. They aren't giving away bikes here where I live. They are selling them and campers more than ever. You couldn't tell that people are hurting here by the way they are spending.
There's definitely money to be made in real estate but you have to 1) kinda know what you're doing so you don't get scammed 2) be willing to take a chance 3) be willing to give up nights and weekends to work on the house and 4) be discipled and live frugally. And these 4 things eliminate most people from doing it. For me, I've always been reluctant to take a chance on a property I know nothing about and I'm not very handy around the house either if I being honest. Every time I go to fix one thing I end up breaking something else.
I guess you did not see the video, in the beginning I said I was in debt by 80k!! I was single and no kids at that time as well. Also, I know a lot of single people with no kids that are in a crap load of debt. I know people that are "rich" but yet in a crap load of debt. Anybody can be debt-free. it's a lifestyle and a choice. You just have to live within a budget and tell yourself that if you can't afford to pay for it in full then you can't afford it. Too many people live by the buy now pay later bs.
Most middle class people think of their home has their retirement invest account. It is not enough. Location is important in real estate as the land is worth more than the building. Tear down homes are the new norm. Other homes in less favorable locations are devaluated as soon as something newer and less expensive down the street track/spec homes. Plus it takes awhile to sell actual property vs sell/buy with the stock market. Your cash is still very liquid with stocks.
YOU CAN BE A BUSINESS OWNER BY BUYING STOCKS IN HOME DEPOT, Yamaha, real estate, etc. Buy and sell with a point and a click. Daytrading is more risky but go for long term. If you buy shave cream from proctor and gamble buy stock in their appreciating company that sells depreciating merchandise. Your taxes, when you withdrawal, will be less than your secretary is paying
CycleCruza thanks for the free game. I ain't boutta tell you my whole life story, but I really felt you on alotta this. My dad came to America with nothing and he worked his ass off as a manager while flipping houses. He made so much money, but still had some mortgages he needed to pay, got laid off and lost everything in the recession. I remember talking politics in the 3rd grade cause that had such a big impact on me. I also wanna live debt free but it's hard, I wanna get a loan for a motorcycle I ain't got no wheels at all. I feel kinda shitty I feel like I'm swallowing my pride with that cash only philosophy. I just feel like it's an investment in my mental wellbeing so I'm hoping it's an investment I'll see a return on. Glad you recovered CycleCruza, stay up, all love 4rm Texas
Sorry to hear about your dad. It is hard avoiding debt starting off but it takes sacrifice and discipline with budgeting and working smarter. You can get a really nice bike for less than 3k, I just a video showing some sick bikes for less than 3k: ruclips.net/video/LexaRBdzEag/видео.html
Living totally debt free now and feels great cycle cruza another month or two and i can hopefully go buy another 701sm cash after having to sell my last one to fund house reno
Great video brother....I'm about to embark on the exact same opportunity....thinking about retiring from the job really soon....I just turned 40..but you're right...saving a large amount is really easy when you put your mind to it....I thank God
Work hard to get a good paying job as young as possible. Live like a broke college student for as long as possible. Invest wisely starting young, hope those investments do well and that a few of them even do extremely well. Figure out some side hustles, and be well known for them. Treat windfalls and lucky breaks seriously. Go back in time and buy Bitcoin at $1.
It's a good "ideal" but I always hear this type of thinking from people that live outside of expensive cities/states. like they have a disconnect on how the cost of living actually is in other parts of the country. before anyone says move out; be realistic, not everyone can just get up and leave. when you mentioned foreclosures...or fixer-uppers...those go for around 700k and up around here...and yes you have to pay cash for those. we recently lost a bid for a fixer-upper foreclosure that is unlivable that was sold for 800k+ cash. (SF Bay Area)
Guys like you and Dave Ramsey and Doug Demuro are inspiring. Guys like street speed 717 and vehicle virgins just make me cringe. Borrower is slave to the lender. Had to learn about debt the hard way and thankfully it never bit me and I was smart enough to see the road I was on. Seeing friends buy houses cash and sell for 50 percent more really opened my eyes.
When your young and still working, more advantages with mortgage payment on tax benefits. Instead of a huge wad of cash in a paid off home, that could instead be invested in the stock market. Homes can appreciate or depreciate in value as we have seen in the past. New homes could be built down the street from your home and undercut its value. I know several friends that bought several homes through the years as rental properties and have been wealthy by their 40’s. When your young snd still working you can write off 80% or more as a business motorcycle or car. You can easily set up a corporation to buy the car or motorcycle for tax purposes. Talk to your CPA to use tax loopholes. Wealthy people pay for good CPA’s that know all the loopholes. The government just as happy to take overpayments as under payments.
Try buying a house cash in Southern California. As a 1st time buyer I bought my home for 465k outside of town (15 miles closer to town it would be a 1 mil house). The market here is flooded with home investors who pay cash to buy rental properties. In 5 years I made a little over 200k in equity and it’s still climbing. When the COVID shit passes and people working I will pull cash out and buy a home for a rental property, then in 5 more year do the same again etc. my friend did that and now owns 9 homes and still growing. I have a very good paying job as a Sr Engineer but that took many years of school and work experience to get there. So Cyclecruza I have a question. With you not paying a mortgage what do you do for a tax write off? I would be getting clobbered,!in fact I need another tax write off
Housing market was and is still good for everyone (that will be over within months) Thanks to the last 4 years of an administration that did alot for the USA!
So uh I bought a BMW 328i 2010 at 18 (this was a couple months ago) and 2 days after it had issues. I payed 4 k with a loan to repair it and then 2 months after that they found metal in the engine so I hadda take another loan out for $6300. Now I'm in debt for $6900. I'm actually really good with money and this shi happened. 🤦🤦🤦 No cap I was already talking about buying property and flipping it a couple weeks ago. I guess this is God saying go ahead. 👀 God bless and pray fo me 🙏😤💪 I just started college btw...
You’re Dave Ramsey on two wheels bro love it when you make these kinds of videos. Do you suggest to wait and pay for an investment property cash or finance it and see if i can make a profit on it?
About 2 years ago was the i financed a car for the first time ever since i was making Around $1,500 a week take home so In my head i can afford that no problem and not even a year later the company decides to fire all the management and hire new management and now i get lucky to take home $600. So this is the last time i finance a car ever because you never know what can happen in the blink of a eye
I must agree, debt free is very satisfying and self vindicating. Walking the other way and not trying to keep up with the "Joneses" next door is a great move! CC has your best interests at heart, even if he sold his Aprilia, lol 😆
This lesson here is like anything else in life. You gotta work hard and make sacrifices. That is how you get ahead on anything. You don’t achieve anything in life until you stop messing around and get serious about it. Oh wait - or the other idea is to complain and demand the government hand you everything. Because it can’t be YOUR fault, right? Everyone in this country needs to stand up and take accountability for their life - and if you want to make a better life, focus on it and work for it and take care of business. Yes that means making sacrifices and working hard. As to debt - no matter what kind - if you can’t afford it, don’t take the debt. When you take the debt you take on all that goes with it. Don’t take the debt, then cry about it and expect a bail out. Honor your commitments. Also most Americans don’t save much. 25% of us have zero savings. We all need reserves for the unexpected. And for retirement. But many want to take any cash they get and go buy stuff. Our entire society trains us to do that. I love hearing stories about people who stood up and got sick of being in debt - and did something real about it. You could have whined and played the victim but instead you owned it and took care of it. Bravo.
Having a house debt can be good in the long run as an investment as long as you’re paying it off and not just racking up more debt elsewhere. Just make sure it’s not in a sh*t area where the house will never appreciate
Yeah you can make money on buying a house with a mortgage but you can make even more money buying houses with cash and not dealing with banks that can rip you off. You can pick up sick deals on a house at a cash only auction, paid in full. The one I showed in the video went for 50k at an auction (I was going to buy it and flip it) and the buyer put in 10k to fix it up and flipped it for 180k!!! 120k profit in less than a month!! At one time, here in Cleveland Ohio, you could buy some duplex houses for less than 30k and rent them out with positive cash flow every month. Real estate is where anybody can make gains.
There is nothing good about having house debt. You stayin in house debt does NOT improve nor have anything to do with raising it's value. Never has and never will. Paying off that house and keeping it while property values rise...IS ,however, a good investment and a virtually no-risk investment though
@@CycleCruza yeah I mean if you can find a deal like that obviously go for it but if you can’t, (especially if you’re here in California) having some property but owing a manageable amount can be a good investment
@@CycleCruzaBeing a landlord isn't all sunshine and roses. I had a tenant that started bouncing the rent checks every month. Had to start eviction process and let me tell you, they give every advantage to the tenant and not you. She ended up leaving in the middle of the night. Inside of the duplex looked like animals lived there. The bathtub floor was all black except the two spots where there were footprints. There were living maggots in the oven. Had to redo the entire place. After ten years of owning the property, I doubled my money. If you plan on being a landlord, just be aware of the possible pitfalls. Having good tenants is a godsend.
@@motoryzen that's why I said as long as you're paying it off. Maybe I may have worded it a little weird bc obviously it wouldn't be good to be owing that much money for a long time. What you said is pretty much what I meant. Unless you're starving, I would say it's best to only spend borrowed money if you really are going to on things that are real investments. Like buying cars and clothes and fancy things like CC, those would be poor choices to be in debt for.
when half of your rent goes on rent, it's hard to save even living below your means! :). But we managed to save for a down-payment for our first house. It's possible...
I can say a huge way to save is not eat out for lunch and or dinner all the time. Plenty of people do that. Imagine spending $7-$10 a day on lunch and maybe $25-$50 on the weekend. Look at what you wasted plus it’s unhealthy as hell and you still need groceries at home. Won’t even mention bars and drinks. It’s crazy money.
Sounds just like the federal and state governments except they can just get more printed money from the Federal Reserve, which is a private company with funny money. We can't just ask the Federal Reserve to print more funny money for us to use, so something is off. This house of cards should have fallen quite a while ago.
I sold that lexus SC300 with about 270k miles and it still drove good. My current lexus only has 85k miles and it still drives like brand new. I've been a Toyota/Lexus fan ever since that first SC I owned.
@@CycleCruza definitely a good choice of brand getting that first Lexus, but financing it... not so smart lol. At least you got it used and not brand new otherwise you would’ve unnecessarily spent even more money
I never understood those folks who buys new cars so they can impress people but struggle to make monthly payments while working their ass off and being a slave to it. To each their own, I suppose.
Cyclecruza I feel like Imma end up like you man cause I did the same stupid stuff bro. Thing is it's only my car, ticket, and a couple other bills man. Yeah won't be ever buying another car or motorcycle unless I can buy it outright.
i could be dept free if i want, i just have to sell this house, and i should have 250 to 300k euro on the bank to buy a decent other house, but im good as i am now, i have 2 kids, small mortgage, no other debt, only 40% of my house under mortgage
Do you save in a rothIRA? I’ve got out of debt a few times and I always go back :(. I just paid my last credit card paid off again. I have 2 more loans left. 1 of them, the drz400 will be paid off by June. The last one will take 6 to 12 months. If I land this promotion I will pay it quicker.
No, you work hard for live cheap to save 50k. Nothing will be given to you, you have to earn it! Real estate flips will get you big cash fast if you know what you're doing.
@@harrynut3044 😂😂😂 I'm tellin ya... now's a good time if you're lucky to have family pass down a home just for the fact of its asset worth. In 1970s my dad was able to buy a nice home for $16,000. Now in Northern Cal its $375,000 plus. Anyone can be dEbT fReE having that immediate income inheriting that. But no way on my single income in late 40s will I get a home at that point here in California. I will be inheriting my uncle's trailer park crib he bought for $13k back in 2003 😂😂😂. Once I fix it up ill flip it for 50k and move out of state. Lest not forget the massive income from running a popular YT channel either. Being debt free is 50% common sense 50% hard work and luck
Fs calm down lads, it was only slegging. I'm lucky enough to already own my own home and owe money to no one but 50k is out of the reach of many. The average wage is only £27k here.
You have to know how to maintain a certain amount of debt for credit score purposes, not all can pay cash for homes and to pay that much liquid into one thing is not as good as it sounds, especially for your first home.
80.000 dollars in debt, 12 dollar per hour job? Just 'get' an apartment, sell your house, find a better paying job and presto, debt free. That is the cyclecruza way, fantastic.
Yup, 100 percent debt free except 1k credit card and car payment. It helps for sure, thats relatively debt free for a family of 5 and 40 years old. Not easy to do with 3 kids and 1 income.
It's tougher when you have a big family to support BUT it can be done, you just have to be disciplined and follow a budget and get into the mindset that if you can't afford to pay for it in full then you can't afford it.
@@CycleCruza i just don't do anything larger than a new car. Im 40 and bought my first new vehicle 2 year ago. Afraid something would happen if I went in debt, I said ive been saying this for 20 years, bought new ride then virus cut my pay by 70 percent lol
@@mblake0420 yup I got in a car accident, bought a new car 3 years ago because I had a great 18 year career in tech industry. Then Japan contract didn't renew and half the American plant immediate layoff next day, including my technician department high on payscale. Cashed my 401k to be debt free and paid that car off. You never know what could happen
very inspiring cyclecruza....debt free life sounds like true freedom to me. Im into politics...I'm a progressive.....I would like our govt to cancel student loan debt and make public colleges free. student loan debt is crippling our young generations who are always told in high school that continuing education is the key.....debt for diplomas☹️
My advice to my younger self would be work hard to get a good paying job as young as possible. Don’t ignore professional blue collar work. Live like a broke college student for as long as possible. Invest wisely starting young, trust those investments will do well and that a few of them will do extremely well. Figure out some side hustles, and be well known for them. Treat windfalls and lucky breaks seriously. Take care of your health. Go back in time and buy Bitcoin at $1.
A divorce will get you into debt quickly. NEVER before I had any credit cards debt until a divorce, suddenly I have 6 figure credit card debt due to lawyers fee.
The first one was a 92 Lexus SC300, then I got a 98 Lexus SC400 and now I got a Lexus suv. All of them bought used. I put the first one on a credit card in my debt days. lol
How to get out of debt on your house when you live in California. 1. Sell house 2. Move to a cheaper state with no state income tax 3. Buy house from profit of Cali house.
Thank you for that I really like your videos and I learn a lot from you I have my motorcycle you play and big part of that I wash your video and learn I don’t really comment on ppl video but yours it yes again thank you mind not read it for yeah
How did your wife start drama at the workplace? What exactly happened? I ask, because you say it's a bad idea to work with your SO. I'd like to know why, exactly.
ok dude.. I like your videos.. but you had a property that you fixed up and sold at a profit to pay off your debt.. most people wont have a property to fall back on and sell to pay off their debt!!
Cash in the bank is worth less everyday. You must invest to retire. That is why 97% of the population must work til they die or live in trailers with way less of a life style they had before retirement.
Invest(ownership) in companies you buy depreciating products from. If you like Yamaha invest in their appreciating company. Tesla is up 600% as everyone buying Tesla’s. Buy and sell stocks with a click so very liquid vs trying to sell property or a home. If you like real estate property buy REITS STOCKS. Most index 500 funds average 10%/year with almost zero risk.

I really love hearing stories about your past like this
i guess im asking randomly but does any of you know a method to log back into an instagram account?
I stupidly forgot the password. I would appreciate any tips you can give me.
@Valentino Jordy Instablaster ;)
@Zahir Sonny Thanks so much for your reply. I found the site thru google and Im waiting for the hacking stuff now.
Looks like it's gonna take quite some time so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
@Zahir Sonny it did the trick and I actually got access to my account again. I'm so happy:D
Thanks so much, you saved my ass !
The only lessons truly learned are the ones that are caused by pain usually.
Ain't that the truth!
@@CycleCruza yeah man, glad you came out good on the other end.
My mum says the same thing, shaking her head. It is life's own truth
Not getting Married was the best debt saving advice you can ever give.
Yep I learned the hard way too. lol
You are the reason I always wanted one haha, ever since i was 14
Nice bike, BTW!
I made the mistake of working with my girlfriend lol never doing that again
Never again!!!!!!
I did that 3 different times and ended up a 3 time loser.
i am 85% sure that if working with your girlfriend is a problem you're choosing the wrong partner.
Tryna build my credit up to get a credit card and I’ll do this
Lost my “good paying” job in 2018. After not finding a job for 6 months I took the first thing I could find then took a second night job. I was able to pay off my debt in 6 months and finished 2019 debt free. I’m no saving up to buy my second bike and still debt free!! Still really the only way to live
Yea your single and have a good paying job that's how.
That is one way.
This vid was posted like 38 other times 🤣. Do a youtube channel that pulls thousands a month and every once awhile content rotate is the answer
It's usually not what you make that's important it's what you keep that matters. A lot of people that make less have more because they plan and budget consistently. All the best to you.
"never work with significant others" Vital words of wisdom
Dave Ramsey of the Motovlogging world 👍
lol I didn't even know who Dave Ramsey was until you all told me. I looked him up and love his financial advice.
I've only bought 1 new bike so far, About to be on my 2nd. Found a 2020 leftover ZX10r for 12,500. New left over bikes are where the deals are at
That's all I mostly buy are left over new bikes, sometimes you can get a better deal than with a used bike. I bought that 2012 cbr1000rr left-over new for 9k OTD back in 2014, used ones were selling for 10k+ at the time.
sometimes new can be better.. a cheap man can pay twice!
Then why even click on his video in the first place?
@@dr.jiIIaIicecooper2587 if you are trolling...its not even a good one. Don't tell me that you're THAT obliviously lol.
My bikes r paid off cash also
Nice!
Sold my kidneys now I'm debt free. Recommend it!
I had commented last year about finally paying my truck off and now I have a hand full of cash looking for a supermoto now to add to the debt free collection. Good vid cause some people have no idea where to start.
I remember your comment and I'm happy to hear that your truck payment is gone. All the best.
Thanks bro
Good video bro. Btw yesterday was 63 degrees and went for my longest ride since my brain aneurysm....I don't want a Spyder anymore. I'm over that.
Yeah finally the weather is better! Awesome to hear you got out and rode. What bike do you want now?
Thanks for all the advice Cycle cruza, following your channel from South Africa, One day you should visit, it's an awesome place to ride, just starting a sort of motovlog, inspired by how good you guys are at it.
One way to stay out of debt is to stay single.
LOl
Always nailing it on the head CycleCruza!
I live debt free also. First step is to quit buying anything that isn't needed. They aren't giving away bikes here where I live. They are selling them and campers more than ever. You couldn't tell that people are hurting here by the way they are spending.
You are probably right. I definitely wouldn't be trying to borrow money if I wasn't working.
Thanks for the heads up 'Cruza.
Stay single and have no kids...There you go..No debt.
Haha sooooo true. It’s too late for me tho.
Yup very true, hold off till 30
@@mblake0420 Nah more like 60
I guess you did not see the video, in the beginning I said I was in debt by 80k!!
@@CycleCruza point is you wouldn't recovered
Most middle class people think of their home has their retirement invest account. It is not enough. Location is important in real estate as the land is worth more than the building. Tear down homes are the new norm. Other homes in less favorable locations are devaluated as soon as something newer and less expensive down the street track/spec homes. Plus it takes awhile to sell actual property vs sell/buy with the stock market. Your cash is still very liquid with stocks.
You seem like a great guy to be a friend with. Just started watching your video, down to earth talking. Thumbs up to you.
Certain things can change your life and put you on a better path sounds like that house in Colorado was what enabled you to do that.
Thank you so much for sharing your story and helping us better ourselves, thanks Cyclecruza
The only thing we owe is three more years on a mortgage. It's a pretty damn good feeling
Living totally debt free now and feels great cycle cruza another month or two and i can hopefully go buy another 701sm cash after having to sell my last one to fund house reno
I was debt free until i got a $50,000 hospital bill.
Apply for charity care
@soapfanaddict Are you talking about Maxwrist?
This is my favorite type of motovlog
That’s how I bought a left over car. Brand new, it was a demo car. Which are made a little stronger to make sales for the regular cars.
I do not debit cards or anything else I paid off everything 💯! I do not have credit No more because I always pay by cash on motorcycle and Jeep I own!
Great words brother!!
I must agree, debt free is very satisfying and self vindicating. Walking the other way and not trying to keep up with the "Joneses" next door is a great move! CC has your best interests at heart, even if he sold his Aprilia, lol 😆
Preech, all valid points🙏
Bravo.
I couldn’t agree more with our man. Debt is the stranglehold that keeps us down. Figure it out, don’t be seduced by the flashing credit...
Staying single is the key got to keep your money for yourself
You should get the 2021 FZ-09 SP Version. You stopped talking about that bike...lol. I just put $500 towards mine. Hoping it comes in soon from Japan.
Great job bro on debt free
Also helps to live in places without ridiculously inflated housing markets
when half of your rent goes on rent, it's hard to save even living below your means!
This house of cards should have fallen quite a while ago.
the health insurance is killing me but i can´t live without it!! (specially when you ride)
Straight facts! 💯 Best advice cruza said
Great vid man! Thanks for being Ng ng encouragement!!!
2:32 150k is just barely broken in on a Lexus tho lol
I sold that lexus SC300 with about 270k miles and it still drove good. My current lexus only has 85k miles and it still drives like brand new. I've been a Toyota/Lexus fan ever since that first SC I owned.
@@CycleCruza definitely a good choice of brand getting that first Lexus, but financing it... not so smart lol. At least you got it used and not brand new otherwise you would’ve unnecessarily spent even more money
@@CycleCruza It be interesting doing an owners review on your Lexus. Toyota is #1 on reliability for sure
Student loans are beating me down bad. I owe more now than when I graduated 10 years ago. Interest is interested in screwing me. 🤦
i could be dept free if i want, i just have to sell this house, and i should have 250 to 300k euro on the bank to buy a decent other house, but im good as i am now, i have 2 kids, small mortgage, no other debt, only 40% of my house under mortgage
So to get out of debt all I have to do is find $50,000 down the back of the sofa, buy a house, do it up and flip it?
No, you work hard for live cheap to save 50k. Nothing will be given to you, you have to earn it! Real estate flips will get you big cash fast if you know what you're doing.
And inherit family members homes
I think I’ve seen this video a while back. I remember u sharing this story actually. I saw it on ur website. U also sold the supermoto I believe.
You have to know how to maintain a certain amount of debt for credit score purposes, not all can pay cash for homes and to pay that much liquid into one thing is not as good as it sounds, especially for your first home.
Yooo lol i worked for tmobile for like 7 years. I even won winners circle. From 06 to 2013
80.000 dollars in debt, 12 dollar per hour job? Just 'get' an apartment, sell your house, find a better paying job and presto, debt free. That is the cyclecruza way, fantastic.
How did u fix the house with no money? Teach me more! Also teach me how to bust a wheelie.
CycleCruza: Motorcycle and financial advice. Tax prep services too. LOL
I’m debt free except my house. Bought a 2006 Toyota 4 runner for $3,800 cash and a 2011 CB1000R for $3,000 cash. Feels good
@@harrynut3044 no sir. There’s no way around that. Uncle Sam always takes his share of my paycheck.
@@harrynut3044 good luck to you mister nutsac. I hope you’re able to convince the IRS when this all catches up to you. I don’t mind paying taxes.
@@harrynut3044 interesting. I thought it only applied to very low earners or the disabled. Anyway thanks for the info. Have a good one dude 👍
Thank you for your content.
How's you get that phone mounted there ? I clicked the link on the phone mount I'm trying something similar on my DRZ 400 sm
Beautiful words
very inspiring cyclecruza....debt free life sounds like true freedom to me. Im into politics...I'm a progressive.....I would like our govt to cancel student loan debt and make public colleges free. student loan debt is crippling our young generations who are always told in high school that continuing education is the key.....debt for diplomas☹️
When you bought them lexuses with cash, did you take the dough in inside with breicase? Breifcase full of cash
@@harrynut3044 uhh 👌🏽
A divorce will get you into debt quickly. NEVER before I had any credit cards debt until a divorce, suddenly I have 6 figure credit card debt due to lawyers fee.
Just curious, what was your other Lexus? Between the SC and the suv you have now
The first one was a 92 Lexus SC300, then I got a 98 Lexus SC400 and now I got a Lexus suv. All of them bought used. I put the first one on a credit card in my debt days. lol

How to get out of debt on your house when you live in California.
1. Sell house
2. Move to a cheaper state with no state income tax

Lost job.. massive debt.. moves to Ohio.. then moves back ..fix house.. profit. Pay of debt.. makes sense.. righttt
Did u follow the Financial peace??
