Now if a player touches another player while he’s out of bounds they could possibly mark him down idk 😂 kinda like when the ball is kicked off and stops near a sideline and the player steps out of bounds then touches the ball resulting in a illegal kick out of bounds like i said tho idk if that type of rule applies on the first play

The problem with that theory is bad calls have always been made... but with the rise of RUclips and social media you see them all. Plus sports betting works by having a number set that means the house win regardless of result... they try at set the odds and number to insure this. So the house doesn't make loads of money over each game, they make money over time... the law of large numbers.

Refs in Chargers/Vikings game: Blow the play dead after running back is pushed back for less than a second, negating the fumble
Refs in Pats/Bengals game last year: Never blow the play dead despite Stevenson getting pushed back for 3 seconds and then fumbling

No, there's not a rule about having to find the ball.

It's not good defense. It's shitty defense. It's making up for being burned by the receiver. He got torched. A bad throw does not turn bad defense into good defense, it makes the defender lucky.

@@xmikejohnson914xthe fact that bad reffing is part of the legacy of the NFL like it's a nothingburger is what's sad. Year after year these calls affect how an entire season goes. Every time they fix one aspect of it, the refs find a different way to screw up calls. Even when they implemented instant replay, outcomes are still headscratchers. If a player tackles wrong during an insignificant play, he has a fine waiting for him the next week. Meanwhile, refs can apologize 2 yrs later for making a call that bounces a team out of the playoffs and it's water under the bridge. It makes most people wonder why so much incompetence is rewarded if not for the desired outcome of the game. Plus Vegas has both arms elbow deep in sports betting & Vegas wasn't built to lose money. So, I can see why people believe it's rigged/fixed/scripted.
