- I earned the Platinum Trophies in both Helldivers & Helldivers 2. These games are incredible with difficult trophy lists which require a committed team to achieve. The first games Platinum is by far the hardest of the two and that is where this video begins. The second game's trophy list is more forgiving but still contains a lot of situational trophies that can prove frustating and hard unless you have a strong team by your side. The premium battlepass can also be bought with using ingame currency found during missions meaning there are no aspects in the game locked behind a pay wall hope this helps :)

i love the fact that the battle pass system is like completely free if you play the game a lot like you can earn super credits in game via exploring and if you play a bunch you can grab sooo many super credits and easily unlock the premium passes

One thing I see no one mentioning is how great the voice actors were. The screams of pain, accomplishments, charges, victory are so perfect and satisfying to hear.
The way your ship communicates with you, the way when you get back to your ship your crew may notice a certain stat for that run and comment on it. Helldivers 2*
$40 is a steal for this game. Almost feels unfair.

Nice video it was a great watch. I have the platinum for Helldivers 2 and now decided to go do Helldivers and my god some of these achievements are annoying like the don't set off an alarm or the don't take damage on a cyborgs mission both at difficulty 7 Have me struggling
thanks man! yeah I agree! that no damage one, was my 3rd last trophy, it was so dam annoying. if you bring 2 distractors with you (so you have 6 in total), you can avoid enemies for nearly all the missions if you're lucky

Loved the video! I usually don't respond on youtube vids! But i just got the helldivers platinum myself and i like to compare because i did things vastly different then you! I also got all dlc to 100% and i also did it in 124hours for everything. I also didn't use any of the exploits you have. Like if there is an attack or defense going on you get double the exp and more samples then the regular missions give you, so you have to farm those events to make the progress faster. For leveling up and sample farming. If you have the skills for it you can easily solo level 6&7 missions even but for the events it's level 6 so just run those solo with the UAV for sample farming and you're golden! When i reached level 25 and was done with all my strategems i still needed like 48K kills. And for that i just used a level 3 mission use the HAV at the extraction point to drive around and never extract. That took me around 12-13 hours to get 42K kills. It was boring and tedious. But there are vastly different ways in doing this! Also really depends on your own skill ofc! I just started the second game yesterday and my god i freakin love it can't wait to get that platinum as well wich seems a lot easier indeed like you said in the vid! Anyways keep up the great work my dude! 👌

But overall really fun game i enjoyed with my pal who helped me get all the challenging trophies (he ain't a trophy hunter and hates it when i put him in that position 😆) and also got lucky with some good randoms on the harder levels a'd such! I'm actually quite enjoying the second one already but vastly different experience!
Not only isnt it p2w, but you can also find super credits in missions to pay for the premium passes

For the trophie where you can't fire your "primary or support weapon" it doesn't say you can't use your secondary gun. For this one I loaded up a blitz mission where all you have to do is destroy encampments and used strategiems to complete the main objective while defending with my uzi secondary. Now that defend missions have been made harder, this might be a better technique than using turrets and orbitals.

Once you reach the hi levels automatons are easier then bugs because the bugs just absolutely beat you from every direction at all times

the battlepass system in this game is really good just cause you can get premium credits just on missions, which you can get the premium warbond if you want
ALSO my first mission was almost exactly the same as yours, a automaton escort mission and i got rocked lol

@@PlatinumBro you can, you can also get the super credit from the free battle pass and buy it that way
If I were to say anything about the battle pass system in the second game I would say that it’s absolutely not pay to win in the slightest. Even with the premium battle pass I was able to get more than enough super credits to buy it within owning the game for half a week by just completing side stuff in missions and doing the normal battle pass.

I finally got the platinum on 2 last night!!! Im not a talker at all...but being 1 away from platinum, I asked the person who joined me in my last failed attempt to help me. He agreed and brought in his buddy! We got the "Gone in 360" trophy 3rd attempt!!! It was the last one i needed! I screamed for joy lol & we all had a celebratory hug on my ship. I unfortunately have the 1st HellDivers platinum on an old account. Now im tempted to purchase it again so i can have both achievements under one account 😅😅😅

I'm sorry for the random question, but if anyone can help me it is you. Do you know if there is ANY possible way to play Need For Speed 2015 on Playstation still? I'm barely 3 hours of nameplate away from 100% but EA says it's unplayable cause it was online only. Did they seriously not release an offline patch for the game I gave them $60 for?... I don't even understand how that's legal

Its definitely not pay to win, arrowhead did an amazing job making sure you can unlock everything in the game simply by playing the game, the super credits needed to buy the passes are incredibly easy to find and farm without grinding

24:00 honestly? This game's battle pass system is battle pass done correctly. You get a sense of progression, unlock new weapons and the way to unlock them is quite easy. Not to mention, the Premium battle pass does not require you to spend any real life money. 700 SC are available in the free pass and you can quite easilly find stashes of SC around the maps. I have 1300 SC after 60 hours of gameplay, I'm not even halfway through the free pass and I can already afford the Premium pass if I so wish.

IMO, Helldivers 2 is the best game to come out in the last decade.
No other game have I got the Platinum in 40 hours, maxed (pre update) the level cap, maxed all my material caps and completed all unlocks in the game and warbonds...then continued to play for another 120 hours.
What's even more amazing, the crashes and glitches are incredibly infuriating and its STILL better than anything in the last decade.

both are possible but helldivers 1 would take cosiderably longer, probs 150 hours plus. Helldivers 2 is very doable with randoms

Only trophy i'm missing in Helldivers 1 is kill 100,000 enemies. 75+ hours in and i'm only at like 43,000 lol. Have a few left in Helldivers 2, but looking like I should be able to platinum it.
do the idle thing I did. leave your console on overnight and get like 7-8k a night :P

@PlatinumBro I'm only about lvl 10 and haven't had too much time to play I think I'm on extreme rn and it's starting to kick me down since I can't handle the tanks and everything without some of my buddies haha
best advice is to pick a level 6/7 mission, the one where you have to just clear the automatrons (the 15 minute one), equip an orbital laser, morter & autocannon turret and tesla tower. they will kill most of the enemies while you hide. you'll level up in no time.

If someone is a serious enough fan to be doing one at a Christian Rock Festival, they are certainly going to be someone that uses cube lube. So it all depends what kind of lube you were talking about. :D
