But after processing, my recruiter called me at the last minute and told me that the Master Chief wouldn't waive my tattoos, since you could see them in PT uniform :( but now I joining the Navy. My God is good!

That's great to hear you're still joining the military. It's sad they wouldn't let you join, just based on tattoos.
