THANK YOU for your insightful response to the foolish "Rio is the weak link" mindset. It's just refusal to go outside of a box. There are NO weak links in this group and Rio is actually my second bias after Ras, whose flows are mesmerizing. I'm not a Spanish speaker and rarely even try to translate because the vibe is so dope I just get the meaning through osmosis, lol. Rio is the truth with his gritty performance, compelling storytelling, skillful language switching while staying in the pocket of flow, cadence, rhyming and scheme. I've been amused here are there but I seriously have not been this impressed with any Hip Hop artist since the 90s. As far as I'm concerned, these dudes are the bar.
Edit: With Rio it's more than just knowing how to speak Spanish, it's also cultural references you learn growing up. There's history to it.

Oh dude I agree 💯 I just have seen other reactors who I enjoy watching who try to say oh rio would be the "weak link" if they had to pick....which bugged me AF cuz they all are so fire, especially together. There is no weak link.
I took French too! 😂 I appreciate that Rio is bilingual and he transitions through the languages effortlessly. But its really frustrating not being to understand what he is saying. The sub titles are nice (when in English) but it takes away from me being able to enjoy the full on performance.
