During a late-season stretch in 1989, Jordan played 24 games as the Chicago starting point guard. He averaged 30.4 points, 9.2 rebounds, 10.7 assists, and 2.5 steals per game while shooting . 498 from the floor. He had 15 triple doubles in those 24 games.
@@tmgcoif he could average 30 10 and 10 for 24 games and it was easy then why did he drop to 30 5 and 5... It's not like his assists numbers dropped in half and he averaged 45 a game. That's doesn't even make sense. You didn't educate anyone...
@@TjLeach-v5s after the 1989 season, head coach Doug Collins was fired and assistant coach Phil Jackson became head coach. The first thing he did was to install Tex Winter’s ‘Triangle Offense’, which does not employ a traditional point guard. If you knew anything at all about basketball, you’d know that the offense that powered the Bulls Dynasty did not use a point guard.
Lebron is statistically a more complete player. He could average a triple/double if he CHOSE to. Whereas Jordan and Kobe can't because they choose not to. - Scottie Pippen 🤡- 😂
He was able to play with multiple players that were equally as good. I’m D. Wade, Kyrie and Anthony Davis. We can quit acting like he hasn’t had more help than anybody in the history of the league

So what about the time Mike played point guard and averaged a triple-double over 24 games while Scottie on the team?
This GOAT debate is what ruining the fun of basketball.
Is it tho?
@cooljohn6961 one thing but far from the only.

- Scottie Pippen
🤡- 😂
I just saw pippen pick mj over lebron...
He makes all kinds of points, rebound, assist and fills all the stats other than his championship percentages
he picked mj...
100% agree
Westbrook averaged a triple double twice, is he better than Mike.
He had a better prime yes
A better prime lol @@_SCAR_-zj9dv
I hate what ifs. Just answer the question. Coulda would blah blah.
Pippen doesn’t get enough of the credit he deserves. Imagine if Lebron got play beside that guy.
