The wisest thing that should be on everyone mind currently should be to invest in different streams of income that doesn't depend on the govt. Especially with the current economic crisis around the word. This is still a good time to invest in Gold, silver and digital currencies (BTC, ETH...
My advice: for newbies to grow financially this year, invest. Saving is good, but investing elevates your finances. Why newbie make huge losses on trade is because investing without proper guidance can lead to mistakes and losses. that will stop you from trading, this has been one of the biggest problem to new traders, l've learned this from my own experience
I agree, investing without proper guidance can lead to mistakes and losses. last year. I did so many mistakes but also learned so much from it, If you're new to investing or don't have much time, it's best to get advice from an expert.
To all the critics: If you want to understand; rewatch and listen to the explanation / commentry for # 10. Then rewatch # 7 & 11. Generally speaking, Millennials have the opposite priorities of older generations. Previous generations prioritized financial stability at the expense of health/ wellness & the natural environment. The result : stress, broken families, pollution, retirees too sick to enjoy retirement. Millennials value their overall wellness and seek positive experiences, social interaction, sustainably produced goods as a means to achieve this. They dont always get it right, (cooking & eating a meal with friends could give you the same enjoyment for a fraction of the cost) but there's a reason for their spending choices. It would be intetesting to find out whats the state of their ovetall wellness when millennials reach retirement.
Older millennial at 40 here. Currently retired. Had the kids (adults) now. married 1 year, divorced. All before 35. Guess what I am doing now. Prioritizing. Good health and not telling myself retirement is at 67. Hogwash 😊
I’m a millennial. I got married ar 25. Bought my first house through an estate sale at a 3.5% interest in 2012. Currently have 135k left on my mortgage. But I did everything she mentioned and I don’t regret it! I started a business which didn’t take off, I started a TikTok channel which I abandoned after 2 years of effort and I buy things that are worth buying 🤑 I pay for therapy, chiropractors and nutritionist. I go to a high end gym. Realizing that it all worth my coin. I just now started investing and I still see a bright future.
Yes, but for most it takes success, selling themselves better, and investing tk be able to do what you do. Most woukd FAIL walking in your foot steps. It may work for some, but not for most.
Your mortgage balance scares me a little. Bought my house in 2013 and paid off in 8 years. no balance now. I am gen x. I am glad you have enjoyed though.
I see a lot of "Me Now" here. I can only hope that in 60 years from now they are right. I did a lot of this when I was younger too. But had a plan for the future as well.
While I agree with this list as being money well spent, I think most people will need to pick and choose which ones they want to prioritize. And don’t forget to save and invest along the way!
The corruption that runs through this administration is getting scarier. I feel for the disabilities who are not getting the help they deserve. Anyone who is not investing now is missing a tremendous opportunity. Imagine investing $2,000 and receiving $10,020.
This is the worst take. It isnt hard to make money. The challenge is keeping it. Pissing it away on taking trips, cosmetics and tech addiction is why people my age are broke and stupid. They arent worth it. Experience isnt investment, experience isnt wealth, if you have budget for alcohol or vacations you deserve your poverty.
Totally agree. Number one investment should be one's health. (not all the sh*t on this list. I'm a healthy boomer with a lot of healthy years ahead in my financially set retirement. Avoid the crap ALUX is spewing here.
