1:48 i made this one, except i didn’t have peaches so i used mango and for the mixed berries i used blueberrys and strawberry’s and i don’t like almond milk so i used regular milk. really recommend it, it’s sooooo good!

Good smoothie recipe for the people who need one that's ingredients are easy to find: mango and blueberry smoothie. Mango kefir or yogurt (kefir is a ukrainien yogurt drink) and frozen blueberries, plus milk and a frozen banana

If you don’t like bananas and you do not have a allergy to avocados then they are a great substitutes for bananas in these bowls.
I tried one of these recipes, and oh my gosh. It was so good! All of my siblings enjoyed it a lot!

@@skinwithmei always but actually, I think mine are creamy, it’s just when I use a wooden spoon it looks more grainy but with a metal spoon it’s really smooth

So i have a question...When i try to make a thick smoothie bowl with (ENOUGH) almond milk, i never get the blender to ACTUALLY BLEND...it's so annoying because i really wanna make my own healthy smoothie bowls without my mom coming and helping me...i don't have the smooshing thing u guys use for the smoothies...btw i use only frozen things in there

They freeze the coconut milk in these large ice cube trays.

What smoothie blender do you use? Mine won’t blend with so little milk and my smoothies are never as thick as I want them to be because of that.

I tried the second one it tasted really good but maybe it’s my blender but it was not nearly as thick and ice cream like. Still good though 😊❤️

I made the dolphin bowl and i used the tip u guys gave us where u pour liquid in first and that made a difference I couldn’t tell if it was that or the coconut cubes
